There has been significant activity  this morning posted on the Chelsea PLC info held by Companies House.

For instance a change from a PLC to a Private Limited company and it seems a resolution or two . The information can not be viewed in full for another 10 days.

We saw the info re shares yesterday and that I suspect was a pre cursor but it seems that the ownership structure that RA put in place has been dismantled and the last stage I would guess would be the repayment of the loan  and proceed of sale to Fordstam ( the frozen account is in that Companies name )

My guess is that it’s now just a matter of hours before confirmation

Keep looking on Sky Sports News for an official announcement, but all I keep seeing is the usual vomit-inducing Liverpool love-fest. 

Apparently, the greatest team in the world are playing in the Champions League final tomorrow. Who would have known?

Everything is cleary done and now it's just about the timing on the official announcement.

Interesting times ahead. I expect a revolution in terms of how the club is run. Opinions will differ on this but i've been disappointed with the way we've been ran the last several years and that goes all the way up to Roman but hopefully we see a brand new approach from Boehly & co.

I actually like the talk from Boehly about wanting us to emulate Liverpool and City's running of their clubs. I've been very critical of Roman and our board, and the way we wasted so much money on average players. That's what I wanted to stop. I want us to scout better and bring in some stability. We can't keep hiring and firing managers, it isn't good for us. Domestically we've been poor over the past decade.

Aye all very good but in terms of money City and Pool are nothing alike. Pool run themselves within their means, City use tricks and state money to make debts look like profits.

Think its simply on the basis of ideology. Both Liverpool and City back their manager and make transfer decisions based on the vision of their manager. 

We don't do that because we don't back the manager, but to give the club the benefit of the doubt, Tuchel is arguably the only one over the past 18 years astonishingly I can see being a long term manager with us.

This is a myth though, and I feel the idea he wasn’t backing certain managers was repeatedly thrown at Roman because he was the one owner passionate & actively invested in his club’s affairs. Halaand isn’t a Pep signing for starters, he has said he is a Txiki Begiristain signing. As for Liverpool Axman2526 is right in saying they live by their means. Klopp’s biggest signings were funded by the Coutinho windfall.  The year after he won the CL he wasn’t given any money in the window after with Minamino joining in Jan for a paltry £10m, and the last 2 season he has spent £75m average.

Roman did back Tuchel; it’s not his fault Sevilla reneged on an agreed deal, neither is it is fault Tuchel blew £92m on a forward he wouldn’t adapt his methods to his strengths. Liverpool have looked efficient in the market because they are making smart signings, and not chasing after the “Hollywood star” players but players on the verge of become stars. That is due to their use of data, and having a football director in place. The last time we made those smart signings we had Emenalo as our football director.

I'd rather try and emulate Liverpool over a club that lies about their revenue year after year to comply with FFP and were actually caught but were saved because of the statue of limitations. 

Anything City wins means nothing.

For the way they have done their transfer business? Absolutely.

Citys style is pay £150m for Otamendi, Stones, and Mendy then if that doesn't work spend £180m on a new defence and buy Dias, Laporte, and Cancelo.  Repeat until Pep has the perfect team.

And that's one of the issues Roman should have addressed a long time ago. A good owner quite frankly would (not saying he's not been good overall) but instead he handed over the reigns to Marina who would not be in that job (as sporting director essentially)  if not for her close relationship with Roman. 2017 is when the rot really, really started at this club. We had won two out of the last three league titles at that point and could have solidified ourselves as the top dog in England back then but we completely squandered after Emenalo's role was absorbed into Granovskaias.

Now five years later we are playing catch-up by a significant distance.

The change gives my stomach a bit of a churn...just the new.....we were so used to Roman being our Dad...Now we have a step dad....boehly looks a cool dude...he made sure he showed differing emotions when we played wolves...i suppose id like to think ill , we ll ,have an affection for him in time....look at our tommy tooks...most of us love him .....never thought it initially...cant wait to do the following.....flids sing we bought it all next yr.....now it could work 2 ways......mock them for having 150 mil to spend...and ending with f**k all.....or will they win somethingAFTER SPENDING AND BUYING....looking forward to it all.....see yas next season

Important they set the right first impression in the market. If they get bent over backwards by Sevilla for Kounde it will be very hard to convince other sellers we are not still Roman rich.

I would like us to continue with bringing in the academy players.

We've kept the best of them, but have also we let some slip through our fingers (Abraham and Rice as two obvious examples).

Musiala is another but in reality we never really had a chance to keep him once he decided that he wanted to build his life back in Germany.
