Here are the BlueCo accounts filed at Companies House.

Top document dated 6th March at this link :

https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/13949552/filing-history

The accounts run from when BlueCo took over, so a 16 month period, making any comparisons with previous annual accounts filed under Roman's tenure difficult to do ...

So are we, or are we not f**ked?

I think Gallagher's fate might be sealed if we need to gain 100m in the summer.

However we probably have to wait before we go doom and gloom.

City for example have done pretty well dodging bullets. I would think we have an army of people making sure we do too.

City haven't dodged any bullets though. Over 100 charges against them are yet to be heard .

Let's hope City stop Liverpool and Arsenal winning the title before they are punished with relegation to the National League North

Can someone explain how PSR works? can you make £105m loss per season for 3 years? Or is it a £105m across the 3 years? I.e it is totalled upto a maximum of £105m

Another American preseason tour traveling all over the country….

Yes, part of the package would be a couple of players slip on the wet grass or sand  and out for 6 months.

It is a total of 105m over the 3 seasons. So I am a little confused over how we were ok for the 2020-23 period but I have to assume it related to covid allowances in the first of those 3 years. For 2021-24 we are already at well over 200m so I assume we will have to post a profit of 100m or so for the 2023-24 if we are to be compliant. That is likely the source of the speculation of these articles the last week or 2. I am hoping that there is more to this, and the club are in much better shape than the articles suggest (certainly the board continues to insist this is the case). But if we are really in a hole, you would have to ask how the new owners reached this point so quickly when the PSR rules were already known at the time they took over?

Stop being negative!!!

Exactly. Whilst we undertake the most expensive experiment in footballing history with a group of unproven kids and with a manager with no real record of success, being overseen by a group of venture capitalists with no experience or knowledge of the sport they have blundered into, we haven't been relegated yet and consistently get enough points to keep us in the division should any points deductions come along.

So there's that.

Pretty sure we could get away with it with this team in the French league, CL qualification just about guaranteed every season. Maybe with better investment and a bit of luck, Strasbourg will get to the CL before Chelsea.

Feels like it's more likely Strasbourg get relegated.

Heading that way.

I've fully gone all in on the negative spiral now. I don't see how this isn't ending in disaster for us.

If we don't have a new stadium plan announced by the end of the year then I don't see any hope.

Strasbourg are seeing it first, relegation incoming for them.

They've been around and about relegation for the past several years tbf.

Table is mad. Nobody in the bottom half of Ligue 1 is safe.
