They have done this to all the top 6 Thank you! We’re naturally partisan but always worth trying to factor in the opposition, their gameplan and its implementation. Have to say - full marks in that first half. Let’s hope for less in the second.

'Sarriball' will no doubt come under fire, but I'm not sure what we could really do tactically, we could try and go more direct with earlier crosses, but higuain is up against 3 centre backs. Or we could try and sit deeper in our half and hope wolves come into us, which I think is very unlikely. We have executed this wolves plan many times in the past. if teams are deep and disciplined, it usually requires a slice of luck, or a moment of magic to open things up. Maybe RLC could make something happen. You could start 2 strikers, you could play 3 attacking midfielders behind the striker and 2 sitting midfielders. There are choices but Wolves know its 433 with 3 defensive midfielders.

Yeah there doesn’t seem to be anyone that’s willing to drive forward and take a risk. It’s just very flat pass sideways football. The more we play it the more likely we switch off at the back and get countered. Wolves have us sussed out thus far and it’s incredibly frustrating to watch

Every team is just passing the ball around get a grip of yourself, Wolves are a decent team and have a good record in away games it's not easy to score we just need 1 big breakthrough. We haven't had a single shot on goal. It's not just Wolves who have managed to cope easily with us, it's every team that set's up this way against us. We can't breakdown a single team that plays this defensive. Wolves are doing so well because we are making it very easy for them. Wolves will say they are just as much in control as we are, they have us exactly where they want us. Edited March 10, 20197 yr by Scott Harris
March 10, 20197 yr our best bet is a lapse in concentration in the Wolves back line - maybe our boring approach will have them falling asleep soon Edited March 10, 20197 yr by carrickblue typo

So for you there’s no middle ground between not creating a single chance in a whole half of football and a sh*t performance with 4-0 defeat ? If you think we’re playing well I reckon you don’t watch a lot of football. It is boring as it’s aimless possession with no end product. If you’re happy to watch us play the full season like that first half with not a single decent chance or shot then more fool you because we won’t score another goal all year. (See I can do hyperbole too). Every team is just passing the ball around? Few teams have as much possession as us and create as few chances on a regular basis.

Higuain shot on goal first half from a tight angle I don't know what you're saying won't even bother anymore...Second half another shot blocked as soon as it started, Wolves won last game against us I don't know why so many of you expect an easy win against one of the best defensive teams in away games in the league.

Oh I watch more than you be sure of it, people crying about us having possession is shameful at this stage of the season.
