The reaction was a little bit cringe, but it's not the end of the World.  I'm sure he acts like that week in, week out in training - It's just that we don't normally see it!

The players have never seemed to talk negatively of Sarri so whatever his methods are, seem to be working.  We finished 3rd, got to the league cup final and lost to the best team in the World, and we may well win the Europa League tonight.  If he does that with our squad, his methods have worked.  Simple.

Still not convinced he should be in charge next season.....

We don't know if anyone inside the team is bothered by it or not, it's all guesswork. I do know there were episodes during this season when Sarri's authority was openly questioned by our players' actions and it wasn't a pretty sight.

I believe this is Sarri's most high profile job to date and he's never experienced this level of pressure before, hence the outbursts. None of it matters if the team wins tonight, all of this will be forgotten. By the same token, it'll be talked about ad nauseam afterwards, if we lose.

Napoli is just as high pressure as Chelsea, if not more. Naples is a one club city of 1m where everyone shuts down for the football. You don't get that in London with Chelsea. Imagine Leeds and Newcastle but multipled by 4. It's that type of town.

He's just an italian who is a bit mad. I dont like it, I think he should hold his sh*t together, but I dont really care. We've had worse.

It’s just sensationalist storm in a teacup media sh*t, which no one takes seriously.

( unless your 14 years old or bit thick)

Please don't call people out for being thick just because their opinion differs to yours. Particularly when you can't even grasp the basics of English grammar.

About time we had a manager who kicked a few arses (and caps), fair play to him, he doesn't look like a manager who doesn't care about the club and is secretly planning to leave. And lets be honest, this particular bunch of players needed a firm slap around the head.

That's Mourinho's shelf life at any given club: two - three seasons, then he self-destructs. While he is known and detested for his cringeworthy behaviour during his bad seasons, he'll also always be remembered as a brilliant manager, and most importantly, a winner in his good spells. and there were plenty of those.

Same with Conte. Lots of negativity, especially in his second season, but will forever be known as someone who won things.

Sarri's problem is not being viewed as a winner, that's his Achilles heel. Whatever his flaws are, real or imagined by the media/fans, he needs to change that perception, and there's only one way to do it, hopefully sarting tonight.

I absolutely agree in terms of winning however if we want to achieve something that Pep is doing for example we need some time. At least 2 seasons with the team. Sarri's system needs that time. Jose and Conte are absolute winners and they have delivered but both play reactive football. Pep and Sarri try to create proactive football. This is debatable of course but this is how I see it.

Are you actually watching the game tonight or playing with a Fisher Price Garage?

I agree with your general point, but I don't think storming off in a temper tantrum is kicking any arses. I think it is actually quite submissive and shows weakness, to be honest. Same as storming off down the tunnel during a cup final.

arsenal May need it more than us but Sarri wants it more than emery. It must burn Sarri up that he hasn’t won anything, made worse in the league cup final.

Would you rather him stand on the side of the pitch screaming at his players, like he did at Kepa, or would that be unprofessional and relay a poor attitude throughout the team?

I think its at the point where whatever Sarri does or doesn't do he'll have people criticising him for due nothing other than personal dislike.

Just seen a video of the altercation between Luiz and Higuain.

Deliberate elbow by Luiz in the face of Higuain who was just closing him down. It wasn't really an "altercation" as such but I'm surprised Higuain didn't make more of it to be honest. Don't really know what Luiz is playing at.

Not like those are the only options, he could for example have walked up to the players and straightened them out. Like most managers would.
Walking away while throwing a tantrum is pretty much the silliest thing he could have done in that situation.

If it was the Higuain/Luiz situation that started this that is.

If he did that i'm sure Buzz would be saying Sarri was too easy on the players, and should have made an example out of them so they don't do it again.

My point is more that people are now picking at nothing to discredit Sarri.

That would have been better than walking away down the tunnel, that is inexcusable. Would have commanded much more respect had he forced Kepa to come off the pitch and not allowed the game to have continued until he did so.

Don't be ridiculous. Why would I have any predisposed personal feelings towards Sarri? I want any Chelsea manager to succeed. Any dislike I have towards him is due to watching a season of boring, flawed, and tactically inept football. If he pulls it off tonight (for the first ever time in his whole career), I'll give him his due. It won't however change my view that he is the wrong person to take us forward and the sooner he goes the better for the club. Luckily, it seems the people that matter within the club are of the same view and it is only a matter of time before this horrible chapter can come to an end.

Reports are that the Sarri outburst was like 15 minutes after the Luiz Higuian handbags, and the club says he was frustrated at the training being filmed longer than expected.

Due to the laws of the game he could not actually do that.

So you want him to storm the pitch, receive a ban and a massive fine for the club and make all the headlines for being so childish?

Maybe because of how he carries himself. People seemed to dislike him from the start because he smokes and wears tracksuits on match days. You tell me.

Juventus director Agnelli was pictured with Bruce Buck in Baku yesterday for those that doesn't know that.

Actually think there’s some truth to fans not liking Sarri because he wears a tracksuit, but more so because his celebrations are more muted in my opinion. If he wore a suit and jumped around the touchline like my 3 year old would, just like the way Conte did, I think it’d be a different story! He’d be liked a lot more for sure
