It seems really pointless to me. Goal celebrations, tackling, corner kicks, players are going to be touching each other. Rugby did the same, which is just laughable really.

Ironically, children will be the worst spreaders of the disease.

Most of them have mild symptoms for the most part so it will be easily spread.
