There is every chance they will not be able to get their hairstyles back in shape. This could be one reason for Kanté's absence.
May 28, 20206 yr Got to like it all starting with a City fixture. The powers that be probably hoping they lose so that Liverpool can win the title ASAP, and before they have to shut it all down again ... Must admit my appetite for football has all but disappeared in the last few weeks ... certainly can't see it resuming it's previous "importance" in my life now ...

I’m not really arsed about it coming back right now, it’s been nice to have a proper break (no internationals or anything) and my bank account is feeling the positive effects of it too
May 28, 20206 yr Hopefully everything goes smoothly and there's no issues with infection etc. I wonder when we'll find out about Cup games? Presumably they'll be playing pretty much two matches a week in order to catch up. Hope the players are fit enough, there were quite a few players cramping up first week back of the Bundesliga.
May 28, 20206 yr Can’t say I am happy about shoe horning in a few matches behind closed doors how is that good for the fans and the players this is all about the money oh well it is what it is, got bigger things to worry about frankly

My thoughts are, with not many games remaining, that the teams in 3rd / 5th / 6th place will want to be fast out of the blocks, and start racking up the points. I hope our lot don't fall asleep and get left behind, especially with Spurs and Utd at full strength now. It will certainly be a dog fight for 3rd and 4th place. Personally this season is a farce now, and really to me irrelevant, whether we finish 4th or 10th, always next season.

May 29, 20206 yr All looks very weird to me having pictures of fans dotted around the ground. Don't think I'd have my face up on screen. Would frighten those with a nervous disposition.

When the Northbank was being rebuilt Arsenal had a mural up and piped in fans singing that twat Tony Adams actually waved back when his name was being sang ?. Mind you he was probably shocked to hear the crowd at Highbury. Edited May 29, 20206 yr by bluehaze

If I remember correctly there were complaints about the mural when it was first 'opened' as it had only white faces and some had to be repainted black or brown. As for singing, if that was introduced in to grounds could be a big difference to those chosen by a club and the fans. Club would choose songs with no naughty words.

Well West Ham, Arsenal and Liverpool have a very limited repertoire about three songs between them bubbles, walk on, and the monotonous Liverpewl Liverpewl or Arsenal Arsenal Edited May 29, 20206 yr by bluehaze
