He can't be happy expect he just realised he can sulk or get on with it, wisely decided the latter.

You could see him now seeing out his contract and going on a free unless someone unexpectedly comes in with a huge offer, think the former is more likely.

Shows how ridiculously rich you are when you can turn down 137mill for a player who can leave on a free next year.

All based on his word he won't leave on a free, but a word in football means little a lit of the time, right Daniel Levy?

he's got a long way to go. 3 more years, he'll be 30 and with chronical ankle problems.

Kane does aye. I was more talking of Mbbape.

If Psg get both Ronaldo and Messi in the same team, my inner Footy manager player is going to be very satisfied.

I intend to go and see Psg when they come to town in any case, that would be icing on the cake as I've never seen either player in the flesh...

Pep Guardiola reveals he will LEAVE Manchester City at the end of next season in 2023 as Spaniard discusses plans to move into international management after seven years in the Premier League

Most interesting transfer window in recent years.

Sancho to United, Lukaku to Chelsea, Messi to PSG, Ramos to PSG, Varane to United. Grealish joining City for the first £100m deal in England.

Throw in potential moves for Ronaldo and Mbappe. The Kane saga.

Been good fun seeing huge names on the move and some big money transfer taking place.

Ronaldo to City unfortunately makes perfect sense and I think he would actually do well there. It’s a short term stop gap signing. Most players are done at 36 but Ronaldo looks after himself. No-one else really available for City and they do need someone.

Will be funny to see him smash fifty free kicks a season into the wall....

My Juve supporting mate is sick of Ronaldo and says he's taken the team backwards, killing the development of several promising players. Make of the what you will.

I watched him a bit and seems like he does not run much now so can understand your Juve mate.

My not wanting this to happen due to him being the goal scorer they desperately need is almost matched by my wanting it to happen just to see united fans absolutely lose their minds....

I watched few of RM game in Ronaldo last year with them.  He was still very2 good but no longer a superstar and that was a big problem.

It's going to be tough against Man City with Ronaldo being at the end of every cross and through ball. Hope to see Pep failing in the CL once again and now even with the best player in the history of the competition which would surely hurt his legacy.
