Brentford v Chelsea (PL) Sat 16th Oct KO 17:30 BST

I’m not sure about the line up. Tuchel knows his players, but Sarr hasn’t played competitive football for a while now and the last time we saw him he did not show much. It’s great to see Chalobah starting but two out of three of the back three are not PL proven just yet. Why risk the line where we were strongest? I hope it is not Tuchel not taking Brentford seriously because they are a good team. We’ll see how this works out, but I’m not confident with that line up.

That is one defensive team.  We don;t have enough from midfield to help attack.  Come on TT, sometimes you have to hit on 16 at the Blackjack table.

All on RLC to create.

I’m not sure about the mid three, RLC will be driving the ball up but who’s going to stay in the DM role covering the back line? Too many questions on the lineup, if it doesn’t work out and we lose, Tuchel is going to have to answer too many questions. If it works out, it will be a strike of genius, just like with Pep.

Not liking that line up...and certainly not fancying our chances against this lot with our back 3 especially Sarr.  I think Dave will spend more time defending that attacking, same with Chillwell.  We have a strong midfield though with some insurances on the bench.

Yes it would have been better to have started Jorgi for Kova imo.

But what do I know, TT is a CL winner and he wants 3 physical players with energy in the middle as he has seen something to exploit.

Let's see of he is right.

Imo I dont think he will be and they will shredd Sarr a new one and bypass our midfield, leaving Lukaku and Werner isolated with no supply.

Hopefully I am wrong but this is not Watford or Norwich. They are a good side riding a wave of momentum.

Don’t think there are many chelsea fans blind to the notion this is a test, especially with Rudiger missing, but sky’s coverage has been incredibly negative already. Blimey.

Not worried about our back line, not with Christensen in the marshal spot, he's the best defender in the league when Silva doesn't play.

I think Lukaku and Werner will have a good game.

Brentford are a good team, but were the daddy !

I bet Anthony Taylor is liking his lips, cannot wait to give a pen and send of Sarr for sure lol...

He’ll be better off sending Christensen off and leaving us with Sarr and Chalobah on the pitch….

You cannot say that. VVD has it trademarked.

I wish I shared your optimism but we need to show who’s in charge of west London on the pitch.

VVD was the best up until 290521.

I'm not being optimistic, merely realistic.

Don't like this lineup at all, would have gone for CHO on the wingback and Azp at RCB. Kante and RLC/Kovacic in the middle. Mount, Lukaku and Werner in attack.
