If it’s a loan I don’t see this as a bad move. We need something new in attack. At the least, maybe it will jumpstart our current players to get their sh*t together and play better.

For me Tuchel is every bit as good as Klopp tactically if not more so. However unfortunately the former really let's himself down on the recruitment side of things, to have a harmonious winning (all be it green in some areas) squad pulling together and well suited to his tactics only to then add Lukaku and Dembele to it is absolutely ridiculous.

That said Dembele isn't as outrageous a stylistic mismatch but the last thing we need right now is another potential locker room issue.

This feels like a massive mismatch, he's been really sh*t since leaving Dortmund.

175k a week? if we can give that to Dembele, a player that has been sh*t for a long time and picks up a lot of injuries, then why aren't we giving Rudiger the contract he wants when he has been one of our best players for a year and helped us win the Champions League?

Hmm conflicting reports. Now hearing Barca and Chelsea are in complete agreement over the fee however Dembeles camp told Marina something she did not want to hear, I.e. wage demands far higher than expected, reported looking for a pay increase to 250k

Basically as the latter report I put forward. Dembele wants a pay increase, we want him to take a pay cut to come.

Apparently Barca can only compete the Auba deal IF Dembele leaves.

And àlso apparently they have just agreed a deal with Arsenal for Auba so does that mean...

For what its worth, Aubameyang has just been announced as signed by Barca. Not sure they could afford his wages without offloading Dembele.
