He mentions domino effect, which tbh is making me worried. 

This should give us the kick up the bum to get the deal sorted asap, either he agrees to come or we go get Koundé. Provided we keep dialogue open with Jules and act like we always intended to sign him too I don't see an issue if Bayern do snipe MDL from us provided Kounde doesn't prefer Barca suddenly.

Bayern are a sensibly run football club, they won't pay a massive fee for MDL. So if we want him then just put down the extra 5mill and get the deal done.

This is looking more and more like the Raphinha situation. Once again our competition seems less inclined to meet the asking price from the selling club, but they managed to make a deal with the player months ago. Question is whether De Ligt will consider joining us if we have the only bid accepted by Juve, or whether he will hold out and wait for Bayern? If he seems to be taking the second choice we should move on to other targets. Skriniar is still being linked to us for example.

He is. Reports however say he wants to join PSG.

Romano is still saying he wants us, atm the rumours on this are all over the place and chaotic, missing out on him would be a catastrophic blow and it will take a lot of mental gymnastics in the aftermath to convince ourselves otherwise. Just gotta wait and hope now, it’s mainly the less credible sources causing a stir.
