That would probably be decent business - on paper. More importantly, they are Tuchel‘S targets.

Lets just hope MDL is legit. 

It does seem like de Ligt has become the number 1 priority to sign in defense. Matt Law reporting it now.

Chatted with my mate who is a Juve fan who also told me we were getting Conte ahead of it happening. 

For what it's worth, he's pretty certain that MDL is done at Juve, and they are going to use the money to rebuild the squad and challenge for the Serie A after finishing 4th the past two seasons.  He's also telling me that Koulibaly from Napoli is who they want to target as a replacement.  Take all this for what it's worth, but just sharing a Juve fans perspective, and that's probably as good as most ITK

Have a bad feeling about this one. I hope we steer clear.

I have no real opinion but I certainly wouldn’t put it past Juve to make him player of the season because they planned to sell him. I do think we need at least two defenders  of whom one needs to manage the high balls and the other to be fast and effective on the ball. Someone who can read the game and play the early long ball also useful.

I wonder, has anyone on here seen De Ligt play multiple matches and not just his YouTube highlights and goals for Cleaning Solution FC?

I know I have not, is he worth all this fuss and huge, huge fee?

I only remember seeing him the 2 games last season when we faced Juve. When he had an easy ride of it against the lump in Turin, and got torn to pieces at the Bridge.

I don't see what all the fuss is about. He looks like he'd struggle in the EPL despite his stature from the compilations I've seen, and those were his highlights.

I'm no expert axman but if it were up to me, we walk away from this and sign Kounde and Koulibaly instead. Pretty sure De Ligt is on nearly 300k/week and he's just 22.

I don't follow Juve that much myself, but from a friend that is a Serie A fan. 

His first season he made some crucial errors, but ever since he has been pretty much untouchable and been really good.

He gained much more experienced and clearly learned a lot from Chiellini and Bonucci (my opnion, not the 2 worst players you could learn from :D) 

It is a lot of money for one player, then again. If you do get him, you could be settles for 10 years.

40m + Pulisic looks like a massive bargain for us.

Also Juve supposedly had more interest in Pulisic than they did in Werner. A swap is always more possible in these cases.

Yeah... Good mention there. Schick might not be the popular option but he is good upfront. I like his aggression, physicality, nose for goal. It doesn't matter whether we get Neymar or not. I have wanted to see this guy next to Silva ever since his Ajax days. 

If we can get him for 40m+Werner/Pulisic, it'd be a steal. I just don't see it though as Juve would be stupid not to fleece us seeing as our CBs are out the door already.
