- we were poor in the first half, no intensity, gave the ball away too many times, we lost our shape

- In the 2nd half we were better and completely controlled the game, we were very good for the first 80 yards but were clueless in the last 20.....I need Kounde and another centre half to ensure no-one wants to play against us.

A little bit if coaching .. some patterns of play would have helped.. 

We look so far off it it’s quite worrying only 1 pre season game left after this.. can’t play a back 4 hopeless going forward once again and far too many sideways passes. We will be miles off the top 2 if we don’t get a couple of midfielders and forwards in.

No where near prepared for the season in any department...

The top '2' f**k me you are optimistic, try miles off the top 10. Would not be surprised in the slightest if we start off like Arsenal did last year and be bottom of the league after 3 or 4 games.

If we can’t play a back 4 I don’t really see a place for Gallagher in the team. He can’t play as a 6 or further forward he’s an 8. Think Gilmour suits the current set up more.

I should have gone to bed. 

A good 6-7 players that need shifting before the start of the season far too much deadwood in the squad.

You really see the contrast between a genuine top talent like Saka and the guys in our squad people keep pretending are young talented players despite having 7 seasons in the top flight and having played 242 games while looking abysmal in almost all of them.

Our players are nowhere near as talented as some think and without at least 2 new attacking players we'll struggle this season.

Jason Cundy was right on TalkSport the other day, we are ill prepared for the new season. I made excuses for us the other day saying it is only pre-season, but we just look way behind so many teams right now.

Saka has been average and in general not really impressed by him. He's arsenal level
