Pre-season or not, we are pretty ordinary so far.  Charlotte are no mugs, but we started like this in the first game.

We’re so slow. Preseason, hot, mixing personnel, but doesn’t exactly fill you with confidence. 
I’d prefer we players our best 8-11 (sole unknown) in preseason to get some level of cohesion and speed.

Same sh*t different day as far as I can see.  CHO drifted out of the game, gone missing in action, forwards only creating half chances and when they do have a good chance , the chance goes begging.  How many times did we see that last season.  We really do need someone that can put these chances to bed.

Some awful individual performances from players you’d expect to want to make an impact.

No improvement over the first game. Never took on a defender, never beat a defender, won't try to take on a defender...why oh why is he still here and not on loan somewhere.  Someone has a to make a serious decision on his future, because its not here, not now anyway.

What is Sterling doing playing a first time forward pass? He’ll be benched for that. 

Colwill looks pretty good.  Everton got hammered in Minnesota.

Hopefully Colwill, Ampadu and Gallagher impress.

Well surprised I'm still awake...should have saved my energy for the Arsenal game because this has been an awful game to watch.  Everyone it seems is out of sorts, TT has his work cut out choosing his best 11 with only a couple of weeks left. If only Kenedy had a right foot! but I have to applaud his energy, effort and hair colouring, seems to be a thing with the Brazilians these days. On the bright side we have seen a couple of times what Sterling can do.  Charlotte have been the better team this half, although most of our lot are still in 2nd gear and perhaps feeling the effects of the travel.
