The fact that other players (Pulisic and Ziyech in that position), who have proven themselves in the past, are not producing, is NOT an excuse to keep playing a player who has zero history of producing at Adult level. At least Ziyech got some crosses in and Puli scored. CHO does nothing! No areal threat, no penetration, no taking on players, no finishing, no crossing. Just absolute dross.

For what it is worth, I would also say that Ziyech and Puli have also been poor for too long, but that doesnt mean 'Oh No, It's CHO' (TM) is good enough to play for us.

No my point is CHO is no more impressed or not impressed then the other 3 z but seems to get more than his fair sure.. infact on minutes played he has better average XG than are other wingers.. yet he always get shunted out in wingback and is on a much tighter leash.. I think my conversation with you started when you/someone said he didn’t impress at wingback.. he is not a wingback and has not done better or worse than the other wingbacks so why single him out ?

Of the 3 options I'd argue that Ziyech was comfortably the best last season. Although he pretty well only played as part of a front 3, and not as a wing back as CHO has been asked to do on occasion. Ziyech has his issues with consistency but he is a typical winger in that respect. At least he scores a few and gets some assists. I'd be happy to have him in the squad this season, although supposedly he is keen on a move to Italy.

I'll be in that camp if things don't improve. If I am seeing the same style of football with all of the players he supposedly chose coming in, then I will be one of the no doubt many calling for his head as no doubt will be Sterling because I don't know what story he was told that convinced him to come here trying to play keep ball around the oppositions half for 90 minutes with no penetration...my Mrs wouldn't put up with that 😳

Just as importantly also talking about our lack of leadership and not having any physical "steel" in midfield.

It will be embarrassing if we also lose to the gooners and that's far from out of the question. However I don't read anything into that last game. Preseason doesn't tell you much. Even the first few games of the premier league are for settling in. Its about October that you expect to start putting markers down in a 60 game season.  

Any of you lot watch the live stream open door training? They did 3 vs 2 attacking scenarios and my god these players can’t be saved.

Goalscorer is not a priority for us. All we need is a passer, like I said before you put fab instead of Jorgi in the middle and you will think that Tuchel is a genius.

Bullsh*t, TT has got to change the sh*tty pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, oh pass back, mentality, all teams do is while we piss about, they  get a 5 and a 4 behind us, Messi would struggle to find a pass, and Havertz and Werner have shown they ain’t prolific enough in the PL,

Let me start by saying prime Messi will score 30+ goals with ease in this team and all of our offensive problem go away. 

Now let's go back to reality. You can still create plenty of chances even if you play slow tippy tappy football, City has proven this year after year, they have been the most prolific team in pl for years.

Don't care about the result but I hope we look fitter tonight. Just two weeks until the real thing. I hate these glamour pre-season tours. I wish we'd have a summer like 2014 again, short trips across europe with regular football (8 games in less than a month). That's what it should all be about, not "building a brand".

Luckily it's not a huge disadvantage as nearly every other big team is making the same mistake. I just really wish we'd just focus on being at peak-sharpness again though!!
