Chelsea and Manchester United consider Benjamin Pavard move but face competition

Manchester United and Chelsea are both considering a move for Bayern Munich defender Benjamin Pavard, although the likes of Juventus and Atletico Madrid are also interested.

So please stop any activities for this Barcelona c**t and sign Pavard.

He is french international player as well, long-term Fullback or CB for Bayern Munich and has proven to have at least the same level as Andreas Christensen.

I am getting sick of this Jules c**t story.

Again that is from last Friday and I think it was 3 or 4 days old then. If we were Interested in the guy why haven't we gone in for him. This ridiculous Kounde saga has taken over everything

If they throw a few of these names about, eventually one will stick. 

On paper is the position we need (RB/CB), but I dunno is there better options... Or have we exhausted all our better options?

Who is better than Pavard ? As I said he is a french international player and is playing for Bayern Munich. So who else should be better ? We lost Christensen and IMHO Pavard is at the same level.

Let's hope he is not at the same fragile, level as Christensen. I think he is better than Christensen and hey we need strength in depth and he is a long standing international. Yes, he'd do.

I did see Pavard against City live over the weekend and looked rather solid.

His versatility is a plus. He could cover RWB and RCB. Plus we could probably get him at a reasonable price compared with some of the other options. I'd say this would be a good option.

Not so sure. 

After the whole De Ligt debacle I'm inclined to believe certain German media have inside knowledge on Bayern. There were German reports several weeks ago that Bayern would be open to selling Pavard, and we were one of the clubs mentioned.

Oh I am sure they are open to selling him, but would charge us extra. German Media has also made claims about Timo going back to Germany so hopefully that is true.

Pavard is a one-trick pony. By one trick I mean the worldie he scored in World Cup which made everyone notice him. 

Never rated him. I was massively surprised when Bayern of all teams bought him. Looks like he is not all that....

He's a fine defender. Much like De Ligt to Juve, Pavard to Bayern was a wrong move for his career.
