Lesser of two evils, temporary pain vs long term pain. It’s really difficult to watch a talented young and expensive squad be misused and wasted in this way.

 

If there was even a hint that he knew what he was doing or that some form of progression was happening then fair enough stuck it out but I don’t see either of those. 
 

I can’t look forward to games with the same excitement as usual so do I actually want us to lose no of course not but would I prefer it over suffering every week and crashing out of the CL yea it would be, as I said,  the lesser of two evils. 
 

I know this isn’t the die heard approved proper chels lad bravado but I personally couldn’t give a toss I’d rather just enjoy watching the football which is my little escapism from life once or twice a week.

I’ve been saying this the last few weeks, but even the worst sides win the odd fixture and we are almost guaranteed to one soon by the law of averages. So against a truly woeful Leeds, I am predicting a win today. It’ll only be a blip though.
