Considering Everton's strength from set pieces, I would like to see Badiashile start in place of Cucurella.

And there was the 4-0 win which had me believe Lampard found/stumbled upon a winning formula all through lockdown. A feeling that was punctured as early as the release of the first lineup back.

Everton is always a tricky game for us now.  Dyche has them playing better - expecting a compact, determined defence.  Heard stats on the radio on how much they cross now, with 35 crosses registered against Villa.

For me Badiashile plays over Cucurella - need his height, strength and positioning.  Front three will probably be Sterling Havertz Felix but I'd like to see Mudryk again.  Need are wide players or wing backs to get wide and to the byline, allowing space for others to run inside.

Feels to me like the sort of game Gallagher could do well in, lots of huff and puff with a hard battle in midfield.
