June 20, 20242 yr I can only imagine Palmer had the audacity to demonstrate creativity in training. Explains why Southgate won't play him
June 20, 20242 yr Sloppy Hapless Inept Turgid. Place the first letters of the above together to form and that will sum up tonight
June 20, 20242 yr Let be honest even if a win happens here facing the likes France and Portugal with their talents will be scary
June 20, 20242 yr such a shame with such a good team to play like this. You can blow all of these team of the park with a good manager
June 20, 20242 yr To think England used to have managers like Capello and Sven. Huge names that many top clubs wanted. Who would want Southgate? Burton Albion?

June 20, 20242 yr No passion for it - Denmark better team. Embarrassing massively overhyped once again
June 20, 20242 yr We've spent all season watching these City/Arsenal/Liverpool players fight tooth and nail to the 90th minute while our Chelsea players piss the ball around in midfield with no urgency. Yet when these City/Arsenal/Liverpool players are playing for England, there's f**k all urgency. f**k off Southgate you useless c**t.
June 20, 20242 yr What an absolute pile of steaming sh*t. Kane, Saka, Foden, Bellingham all piss poor. Possibly the worst game I have ever seen Declan Rice play - he was a liability. Only silver lining is that this is all heading for Cole Palmer to be England's saviour. Although knowing Southgate he will select same old same old.
June 20, 20242 yr Joke team, joke Manager...clueless in all aspects...can't find any positives in the first 2 games...deplorable.
June 20, 20242 yr Gallagher is playing the Mikel role for Southgate… and i think he did pretty well Edited June 20, 20242 yr by azpi28

June 20, 20242 yr Utterly sh*te, like they've never even trained together let alone played. If that gormless prick picks arnold again he needs a good shoeing.
June 20, 20242 yr Kyle Walker being interviewed. What is the point of even trying. They’ve all been media trained “ Yeah Denmark are a top, top, team..the gaffer knows what he’s doing etc” Bote off
June 20, 20242 yr In reality, what could Southgate say to them to make them play that bad. Edited June 20, 20242 yr by Jackbuchanan
June 20, 20242 yr I was pleased to see Southgate make those three subs though if anything we looked worse thereafter. If felt like Denmark set up to stop us so Saka and later Bowen could not make much impact, Palmer might have worked. Foden had three shots. Bellingham again disappointing (was 2nd half vs Serbia) and him and Rice get caught on the ball, is that through no support or just not looking for it? Watkins got little service, no runs also from Stones today........ Eze got no chance to run at them.
June 20, 20242 yr Palmer is going to carry England to cup final isn’t he. Southgate irritates me so much, should have gone after World Cup. Prick.
June 20, 20242 yr Absolute w**k. Embarrassment to international football once again. Southgate is a moron. These English coaches are complete backwards, conservative, dullards who don't know how to adapt to modern ways. Kane shouldn't be starting. The guy can't run, he drops deep which gets in the way of attacking midfielders. Drop him and play Watkins or Bellingham there. Foden shouldn't be on the left, anything good we saw of him today came from him moving centrally. Southgate is making the same mistake as other managers and forcing big name players into the side instead of creating a balanced team. Alexander-Arnold as a midfielder is laughable, the fact that Southgate tried it again today just shows how inept he is. The subs were pathetic. Foden shouldn't have come off, Bellingham was sh*te, he should have been off. If you're going to leave Bellingham on, move him back into midfield or play him in Kane's position. Eze offered nothing, it should have been Gordan on. Bowen instead of Palmer two games running is a joke and such a Southgate move. Bowen is decent, but I don't think he's special, unlike Palmer who has brilliance in him. Only in England would a player like Palmer struggle for game time, because that is just how pathetic coaching is in this country. "Oh, he may be brilliant, but he's probably going to lose the ball a few times, we can't have that". Southgate wouldn't play Hazard or Messi if they were English because they may lose the ball dribbling a few times And even though Southgate was sh*t, some of those performances today was pathetic. Declan Rice has been sh*te in this tournament so far. He looks scared every time he gets the ball, he's bottling it. Same goes for Walker and Stones, which is incredible seeing as they have won everything. A cowardly coach that is rubbing off on the players. Wouldn't be surprised if England get knocked out in the last 16.
