So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!

We went through a ridiuclous injury crisis last year and people kept saying how things would be different once we were over those and had a pre-season.

Well, here we are again, another injury crisis, another mid-table season. We can't keep making excuses. And we certainly can't keep having this many injuries, so we either need to get rid of the players who can't stay out of the treatment room, or take a very serious look at our training and recovery.

These players are not good enough to make top 4, but they are much better than they are showing.

They are being out fought, and out thought, and showing a lack of fitness and that is on Poch.

I would not let him spend a penny in the window.

Make these players better before we give him money to spend. He knew what he signed up for, hence the negotiations taking so long.

He has a squad good enough for at least comfort in 9th or 8th, but he is making our defence look a shambles and our midfield look sh*t.

Not on him Jackson cannot hit a barn door or other players squander sitters, the rest is on him. He is failing. Make these players better, make them work as hard as Everton did, show thar fight for the shirt.

If you cannot inspire that don't give him money to spend. Just let him do his damage and move on.

Perhaps a good start would be to sign players that aren't already injured.

EXCL: Chelsea are prepared to consider offers for Conor Gallagher when the transfer window opens next month.

The transfer comment is interesting because Poch was well renowned for not asking for transfers at Spurs. Even Levy was surprised. Poch preferred to work and develop players.

He must have looked at these players over last 13 games and thought the gap in quality is too much.

I agree. The gap in either quality or development is too much for Poch. The board have bought too many under developed players.

Poch is doomed, publicly stating we need new players in Jan, is like saying  ‘Todd your purchases were sh*te’, why did you spunk 88 thousand grand on Mudryk for, maybe our worst mega buy ever btw, our clas R n Lb are made of the finest porcelain, jury is out on the Midfield, only +es Enzo, Palmer, Sterling, Thiago again, and Conor sometimes….

They need money to cover the loss of CL football, Conor is the most sellable.

As far as the certain players asking agents to get them moves, if there is any truth in that Enzo would be one I expect to be looking for a move, or soon will be, he is better than this.

That could be players like Madueke for all we know, since they are not getting playing time. Equally though I suppose it could be one or two of the higher profile players who are looking to desert a sinking ship.

It does look like we have wasted most of the £1bn unfortunately:

Sterling £50m

Cucurella £60m

Jackson £35m

Madueke £35m

Thats £180m right there even without some of the debatable ones. Crazy

Very true, could be Noni and others who are not playing much.

Imo I am calling it Enzo looks to get out over the next 18 months. He knows pulling the strings in a Pep side or for Real he would make lots more money and win stuff.

Not really surprising that we lost to Everton - McNeil, Harrison, Branthwaite, Onana, Doucoure, Calvert-Lewin would all walk into the current squad - all signed at a fraction of the cost.

To Todd and his money men to coin Kevin Hart

“You going learn today, you going learn what wasting a £billion feels like today”

I remember Gary Neville saying it was “scatta gun” approach and they have no plan well I think he’s starting to be proved right

Enzo had 47 touches to Gallagher's 111 against Everton, that alone is a sackable offense.

He's doing that one thing again where Enzo is further up and Gallagher in the midfield 2.

He will certainly think that he is. The facts however are that he has now been here a year and therefore is as much part of the problem as anyone else is. The vast majority of Chelsea fans and punditry have stated in unison that Fernandez has provided nothing to warrant the fanfare and expense paid for him. For Bellingham type of money and Bellingham type of hullabaloo it is fair to expect soem form of Bellingham type of impact. Granted the rest of our team are sh*te unlike the rest of Belligham's, past and present teams.

Gave him the benefit of the doubt earlier on but to keep this up AND still play Colwill at left back is just negligence of the highest order.

Silly season starting early, why would we consider getting rid of Malo Gusto?

The fact they have Gusto and Disasi in that list immediately tells me this is absolutely bullsh*t and why I have blocked all “idiotic” Chelsea fans social media accounts and they are all there for clicks to make impressions.

I mean, that would hardly be a shock. They signed up to be challenging for everything. We are on course for 2 mid-table finishes in a row, and no european football. Anyone with any hint of ambition will be looking for a way out.

Ugh

Can't help but think that the media are starting to make stuff up, we've had virtually no leaks all season and now all of a sudden every journo and their dog knows what private conversations players are having with their agent, what players are for sale and what positions Poch has told the board we need to strengthen in January.
