It will either be him right away OR if BlueCo decide they don't want to distrupt Strasbourg mid-season, we get a caretaker until the summer then he takes over.

Fun thing though BlueCo were briefing their media simps that they were not happy with the job he has been doing this season at Strasbourg after 100mill investmentin new players and the club sitting in 7th in the league...

And Rosenior is also the one tasked with "developing" Chelsea loanees at Strasbourg !

I've got no Idea what style of football he plays ??

Still, he's already a BlueCo employee so I suppose it's an easy decision for the idiots up top ..

SAME BORING SIDEWAYS BACKWARDS CRAP AS MARESCA, HOPEFULLY HE WILL PLAY PLAYERS IN THEIR CORRECT POSITIONS, IF HE STARTS PUTTING JAMES OR GUSTO IN MIDFIELD OR PEDRO OR GEORGE AT STRIKER, THEN WE KNOW THAT HE ISNT MAKING THE DECISIONS

Heard the breaking news when out earlier with little phone signal. Was ecstatic for a few seconds but then the realisation hit that Eghbali & Co will just appoint another no hope yes-man - probably Rosenoir and this circus will continue.

Pray for an appointment like Glasner or Fabregas - really think either of them could bring good football and success but no point dreaming under this regime. If they do appoint Rosenoir then for me, the season is as good as over. We really are a joke of a club right now - it sickens me.

Should be mass protests of they employ this mug, sacked by hull

Pretty sure our next home game, and presumably first for the new manager, will be Arsenal at Home in the 1st leg of Carabao. Talk about a make or break.

For me whoever comes in needs to set out their stall to send a clear message that they are the manager and fully responsible for football decisions. This should include

  1. Sacking this bomb squad sh*te. Clean slate for everyone.

  2. Seeing if Jackson can be brought back so there is some competition up front. He isnt good enough as the long term solution but nor are Pedro, Delap or Guiu.

  3. First game, pick an eleven with every players in their proper position. No square pegs in round holes. This means dropping Fernandez if he isnt playing more as a number 10.

  4. Doing the truffle shuffle when Estevao scores the winner.

I understand when certain things get adapted from one sport to another with the purpose of improvement, but it seems that the Chelsea board is obsessed with introducing the General Manager thing into our club. What they are missing here is that coaches in European football are not used to that kind of approach.

I'd get it if somebody like Klopp, Mourinho, Ancelotti or any other big manager was in the board together with the Sporting Directors, acting as a General Manager, supervising the training, give some advise, conduct the transfer business. This I would understand. But for some scouts and doctors to be given the power to dictate who and who should not play and who should be substituted and in what minute of the match... This really is too much.

If this is true, can we have the medical team come forward so we can tell them what a sh*t job they have done over the years?

No point - the ones you want to yell at have all left ... this lot are new !

Appointing Resenior as manager is on a par with replacing Jackson with Delap.

Both cheap and disappointing.

Personally rather see Southgate but probably too expensive and unwilling to take the crap from the clowns in the boardroom.

The club will not change their style of play, so it is highly unlikely they would move for Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner.

Jesus - so it really is Resenior ?

This is going from bad to bloody worse.

"The club will not change their style of play"

What style? Passing back to the CB's? Fans just need to stop buying tickets at this point, you're all getting rinsed.

Aye there is that. Also those who have us on ignore who have been warning about BlueCo and what they stand for since before day 1.

Southgate is a joke of a manager. England went deep into tournaments under him but I’d argue it was in spite of him rather than because of him.

His football is more boring than Enzo and he was so negative with a squad that was filled with creative attacking players.

Not what we need.

Ever.

All great ideas. But I can only see the 4th one happening possibly. The first 3 would require overruling those who are really in charge.

It is claimed Maresca informed Chelsea that he spoke to representatives of both Juventus & City. Sources say CFC were informed he would stop all talks regarding other clubs if he was handed a new, improved contract but Chelsea rejected the proposal out of hand. [@Matt_Law_DT]

If true then hes an absolute c**t along with being a sh*t manager.

I heard the club found out he’d been speaking to City and Juve and then approached him for clarification.

His NDA will be worth a pretty penny guaranteed.
