Does this really mean?

No More inverted fullbacks!!!

God I hope so. Its just such a cowardly, sh*t house tactic, all about not losing control of games, just forget about attack.

And it doesn't even bloody work.

AI Google search.

Liam Rosenior's style is a high energy, possession based approach focused on pressing, turnovers, and quickly transitioning to attack with pace and precision, often using short passess to draw opponents.

Are we just ignoring the bit that says high energy and quick transitions to attack with pace?

What a clown show this is. It is not even about Maresca or his tactics or whatever, we've gone back to 10 years ago when Guardiola rejected us on the basis of being a club that has no patience and has a "hiring and firing culture".

Of course no decent manager is going to want to work with this board unless they come just for one reason alone and that is making a fortune in a very short time and then f**k off to a serious club and do their job and not ask the permission of all the directors and all these individual medical departments on what players to use and what players not to use.

Similar thing said about Bozo Maresca

, aggressive counter-pressing, and exploiting space through third-man runs and quick transitions to create vertical attacks,

Nothing like that from the few games that I've watched tbh

So Maresca was apparently sacked Reason 1 for results, and we are going to turn to Rosenior, whose last 6 games in Ligue 1 are :

And an alternative is Iraola :

What am I missing here LOL

Let's look at style of play :

Boxes ticked in both cases for Rotation and inability to protect a lead !

I'd say Iraola probably shades the head-to-head though on the additional set piece weakness, and Aggressive style to keep the card count healthy

Get it done Behdad !

f**k Sake, more of the same then.

Obviously nailed on for the job.

Rosenior is an upgrade on Maresca and would at least have us playing entertaining football getting the best out of the likes of A. Santos.

Can hopefully bring Barca with him.

Having said that I don’t really mind who our next manager is, so long as he plays Palmer on the right.

Have a feeling Barco is too small for the PL, same as Gilmour was. Noteworthy that Brighton got rid of both of them ...
