managers been sacked an hour ago and I’m already in a total panic, what a mess this club is in.

4 managers gone in less than 4 years. Potter seemed to be the only one who didn’t majorly clash with them .

The first big decision is done. He had to go. Strange they parted and he wasn’t sacked - very corporate America that Maresca is now pursuing new opportunities.

Now the second big decision - the replacement. No chance we name, or the manager takes the role before City. We’ve a slammed Jan schedule so whoever we appoint is in for a hell of a month.

Rosenior does not appear experienced enough or able to get the results we need. Plus side - he knows how to use Santos! But we need a higher caliber manager imo.

So here we are, Jan 1, and Chelsea drama is in full swing. Never a dull moment with this club - but today I have hope again!

Good riddance, but I don't trust the club to get the next appointment even remotely right.

Maresca going whilst the two SD's are in charge means there is little hope for improvement. Those two will no doubt make the wrong appointment and should never have been given the job in the first place.

As for Maresca, he can do one. I don't buy that he is suddenly no longer on board with the project. He used us solely to springboard his career, which is fine, but be f**king honest about it and stop pretending you weren't on board with everything the owners and sporting directors were trying to push. I've never forgotten his comments when he was appointed and his comments right up until a few weeks ago after he conveniently finds himself linked to becoming City's next manager.

He's been a bullsh*t artist since day 1, don't be fooled by him now.

All the sports Journalists mentioning Liam Rosenior which means decision has already been made it’s him which also means a new manager will be appointed in the summer or early September.

I don’t see this guy winning a single game for us and he will be sacked.

Is he available? Not sure they’d work like you said. I’d still take Iraola despite his recent winless run. High intense attacking football. Sabotaged by selling off half the team. Contract expires end of the season too so not massively expensive.

Telegraph reporting that Francesco Farioli of Porto could be an option. 13m to buy out his contract.

Let it be known this bloke bottled the league with A**x with a 9 point lead. 1 win in 15.
