Enzo Maresca - Chelsea "Head Coach" *Official NOW SACKED*

“EXCLUSIVE 💣

▪️Don’t sign contract
▪️Review set 📉📈
▪️ Cole Palmer issue 🤔

Chelsea have told Oliver Glasner not to sign a new contract at Crystal Palace because the club are unsure about Enzo Maresca’s long-term future.

As exclusively revealed by us, Andoni Iraola is also on the shortlist.

They will review Maresca’s position in February and decide then, but if results dramatically worsen they are not afraid to act earlier.

The technical staff are confused about the style Maresca is trying to implement, leaving the players equally baffled. Club sources believe he will struggle to get the best out of Cole Palmer tactically.”

Yea Right GIF

How can anyone be so cruel as to build up the hopes and dreams of so many on such a weak rumour? God let it be true!!!!

You can’t help but ponder whether the players might just be getting brassed off with this though. Come on lads, mutiny!!!!

We got 60+ pts in the last two season and on course for similar number this season. So I say we are pretty consistent.

We are rising in value, yippee !!

The success in sports has not been instantaneous, the financial value of Chelsea tells a different story.

In fact, Chelsea experienced an increase in value of nearly £500 million within two years.

Football Benchmark, an Ace Advisory enterprise (from 2022 onwards), is a revolutionary tool for precise data analytics in the world of football.

According to their latest report, Chelsea’s enterprise value increased 9 percent from 2023 to 2024. This is despite a slight decline in the club’s positioning among Europe’s elite, indicating the broader upward trend in football clubs’ value.

They will pick an opportune time to sell.

I believe they will make a healthy profit for all involved, others believe they wont.

One thing I think we all seem to agree on though is the won't do anything about a new stadium or redevelopment of the bridge.

Apologies if already posted, but
Maresca is going nowhere https://tribuna.com/en/news/2025-11-06-chelsea-hierarchy-encouraging-enzo-marescas-rotation-policy-as-part-of-longterm-strategy/

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca is not only being supported but actively encouraged by the club’s hierarchy to continue his heavy rotation policy, according to talkSPORT.

The approach is seen as part of a season-long strategy aimed at developing squad depth and maintaining player fitness across multiple competitions.

"Actively Encouraged" means the clowns are pushing it; it's obvious! Past and Present! Delap over Guiu, the constant minutes for Jackson, Enzo F overplayed, etc., it is protecting investments for which money has been spent. That seems to take more importance than playing the right team and players on the pitch!

Enzo is just the fall guy, and it's been the same since Tuchel. As long as this board owns the club, no big-name manager will ever come to it, unless they just want to be Blueco's gimp!

It's soul destroying seeing this squad being so badly handled and with the knowledge that nothing will change.

The squad is definitely not as good as many have convinced themselves. We have some very ordinary 'making up the numbers' defenders and some horrendously injury prone players that hinder us by being good enough to play when fit, but almost never being fit.

But no matter how good or not you believe the players to be, this toss pot manager will consistently get less out of them than whatever they are capable of.

It's so sad when you find yourself hoping that you'll lose games in the faint hope that they might try something different. But they won't.

It bloody is.

But not sure we really know how good or bad the squad or particular player is because he's always f**king around with the squad and putting players in stupid positions that there unfamiliar with!

  • Santos one poor game against Leeds. Banished to the shadow realm.

  • Acheampong involved in the Sunderland defeat (yet being our best CB) subbed off and banished to the shadow realm. (Then Sunderland go on and win).

  • Hato one poor game against Qarabag. Banished to the shadow realm whilst Cucurella plays five 90's in a row.

  • Estevao one poor game against Leeds. Benched for Bournemouth and didn't come on against Atalanta when we needed a goal.

  • Enzo Fernandez. Stinker after stinker after stinker after stinker. Continues to not only start but plays full 90s.

  • Tosin. Directly involved in 10 goals conceded at this club, a goal conceded every 70 minutes average, continues to get game time.

I can't have this anymore lads I simply can't. I need him gone or I am genuinely done watching to save my own sanity.

Find the Hato signing a bit baffling. We bought Veiga for £11m and sold him for £21m because he wanted out, and moaned about a lack of opportunities. We then signed Hato for £37m, and he has played less minutes than Veiga did before throwing out his toys in the Jan window. Wouldn’t blame Hato if he demanded a loan in Jan.

If Maresca wanted a player who was more experienced; and competition for Cucurella instead of a backup, why didn’t we sign Calafiori for £37m when we signed Veiga? And let’s assume we missed out, Hincapie went to Arsenal for £45m and was available. He also has Ecuadorean links with Caicedo. The whole thing seems not well thought out.
