Here's mine 2014-2015 we win the league with an 8 point gap.

Costa 20 goals in 24 league appearances and players like Hazard, Oscar, Fabregas, Ramires and Willian.

This shows the biggest win that season, away to Swansea

Ancelotti's first season in 09/10 for me,

League Title. Won 8-0 at home to Wigan to clinch it.

103 goals in the PL.

FA Cup Winners

Lamps and the Drog in full flow ... lovely !

I could also make a case for the promotion winning side of 76/77 mind you 🙂

What for me puts that title below the back to back titles and 16/17 is how unnecessarily hard we made it.

Everytime we had a chance to create daylight between us and United (and a United who lost Ronaldo and Tevez the summer before at that) we cocked it up.

I know it all counts for the same ultimately but i felt we were so complacent at stages.

Mmmmm, tough one.  I'm inclined to go with Mourinho's first title win in first place.  2nd, Conte season one for an unexpected title win plus I really enjoyed the football played that year and the way Conte celebrated prior to the big sulks in season. 2. Third, 1996/97, first time I had seen us win anything so a special season plus that year has my favourite game of all, the 4-2 come back win in the cup against Liverpool, amazing atmosphere, even with the shed end missing!

Honourable mentions, Ancelotti season 1 for the number of goals scored but agree with Argo, could have easily messed up and finished 2nd.  2012, once RDM took over for obvious reasons.  1983/84, promotion season.....

Didn't enjoy Mourinho's other two title wins as much.  05/06, the title was never in doubt but hated that if we went 2-0 up in say the first 10 minutes, it was boring keep ball for the rest of the game.  Although that season, I always enjoyed Crespo's goal celebrations.  The title win when Mourinho came back, was fantastic until the Spurs 5-3 loss after which he pooped himself and it was a dull affair till the end of the season.  Obviously, Mourinho knew what had to be done, but in terms of favourite seasons, they are below the others....

Best is 05/06, simply unbeatable in the league and knocked out of CL by one of the best club sides ever.

My favourite one though is 96/97, loved watching that side, FA cup win, into Europe etc.

Most dominant side by far was 05/06.

Personal favourite was 14/15 title win with Mourinho. I feel like we showed so much promise the year before and it almost felt like the title was waiting for us the following year. Started the season so strong and would have been an all-timer season if Mourinho didn't go ultra-defensive post-Christmas. That's the last transfer window i feel like we really got perfect and identified what we needed and got the right players.

- Costa in as our first proper striker in years.

- Fabregas for creativity from deep so we weren't just relying on Hazard.

- Filipe Luis, although it didn't work out because of how good Azpi was he would have been a good signing.

- Remy for depth and a danger off the bench.

- Drogba back at the club.

Treble worthy side imo. Took a red card for Barcelona to even break the deadlock and Terry's goal should of stood in the semi final against Liverpool.

The football we played the first half of the 14/15 season was some of the best I've ever seen us play.

This is by far my favourite stand-out season too!

Obviously, I loved the 04/05 and the wins after with Ancelotti, but the 14/15 just stood out as an overall great time for the team with some outstanding players, and Jose back at the club in winning ways! It was also good seeing Drogba back for one last hit in a blue shirt! I just recently bought that shirt as I didn't have one back then!

04/05 was about as perfect as we could get. Pretty much unstoppable in the league. A slow start, but once we lost to City, it was like we let loose and the goals started to flow. Robben and Duff were brilliant to watch on the wings. Their pace on the counter, their dribbling, their end product. Then you have that defence with Makelele shielding it, it was the best defence ever in my opinion and only got weaker with the introduction of Del Horno a season later. 15 league goals conceded in a single season, which still hasn't been beaten

We won the league cup and we looked unstoppable in the Champions League until we ran into bad luck in the semi's against Liverpool. Gudjohnsen missing a sitter in the 1st leg and the ghost goal in the 2nd leg was just sh*t luck.

This squad had what is still to this day my favourite ever match involving Chelsea, the last 16 2nd leg against Barcelona in the Champions League. That match was incredible from start to finish.

I've had this sticker in my wallet for what will be 20 years in a few months.

I think that too the attacking inter-play between Oscar, Hazard, Costa and Fabregas was astounding at times.

We even saw the safest player in Mikel doing backheels to Costa christ almighty that was a fun first half of the season.

Maybe not the best but I loved 16/17. Conte had the attitude of a Chelsea manager for me, Costa was his representative on the pitch.

For me our best will always be 11/12 purely because I was a little kid, so nostalgia really, and that night will always mean everything to me.

What puts that season down the pecking order of title wins for me was the second half of the season.

Without Courtois and Hazard we're dragged into the top four race.

The first two Mourinho seasons for back to back titles. Special mention though for 2012 Munich and 2009/10

Best season for total enjoyment was 83/84. As Just said you had to be there, our away support for numbers will never be beaten. Too many games to mention numbers

Was very strange. Feels like after that spanking we got from Spurs Mourinho just resorted to 04/05 methods of simply seeing out leads.

Currently watching chels vs spuds 2016 on sky. Puts into perspective how young our current lot look...massive difference.

Willian, Costa, Terry, fabregas, Pedro, etc...

I'd say a mix of that and the fact his teams tend to peak in the first half of his second seasons (happened here twice, Inter, United, Real and Spurs).

It seems to be the perfect sweet-spot of his intense methods being fully ingrained into his teams but it also being too early for them to start burning the players out.

Mourinho’s first season we were a winning machine. Duff and Robben on the flanks creating havoc, defensively nigh on infallible.

Also enjoyed immensely promotion 84- fan power at its peak. Last three away games Pompey, Man City and Grimsby.

Loved to bits the Zola years, culminating in our first European Trophy in 27 years in Stockholm, and Super Cup against Real Madrid at Monaco. Euro trips a novelty prior though we did have have a foray in 94/ 95 courtesy of losing FA Cup finalists to Manure  Always remember that poxy Mikita friendly championship at Highbury. We must have had 8000 there preseason “ We didn’t win the football league….We didn’t win the cup…but we’re all going to Europe…”

I can't split 04/05 and 05/06. I think 05/06 was a stronger side objectively but obviously we got better results in 04/05, really should have had a treble.
