I am so glad I started avoiding football news since the start of the season. It’s helped me so much I would recommend the same. Avoid all football news and you will feel so much better.

I only tune into football specifically to us on match day and just before the match starts.

People take far too much notice on Palmer’s poor form they don’t even realize Bellingham has been just as poor. 1 goal in the league since January.

Liverpool gave us a guard of honour at The Bridge. They would love it if we showed the world that we ain't big enough a club to give them one. . United gave us one at Old Trafford. . . The thing to do is get back to winning the league again, that's the best way to get back at them .
