Chelsea Shirt 25/26

Featured Replies

Actually really rate that release video apart from

1 - It’s criminal to have an ex/retired players name on a new kit

2 - This CFC LDN bo**ocks has to stop

Don’t really care about kits anymore. I used to collect them like a religion as a kid & teenager, but I can’t justify spending that amount of money on a shirt. That £85 could pay for a day out with family or a nice meal.

The only time I’ll wear a football shirt is when I go to games, apart from that, it really don’t fit with my style lol.

Sounds like a very sensible set of priorities.

I used to buy shirts if they symbolised a PL or CL win, but I haven't bought one since the prices went a bit silly, and in any case I think I'm safe from further temptation on those grounds as long as BlueCo are our owners !

Only recent purchase was the 1970 replica shirt. Nice plain simple design = best 😎

I just went on the club Shop site ... JESUS CHRIST ... £124.99 for a home match shirt !!!!!!!!!!!!

BlueCo OUT

Isn't that the supersonic "real" shirt? There's usually a cheaper (us non-millionaires call it less f**king expensive) option, isn't there?

Edit: just checked. The ridiculously expensive one is called DryFit, the less ridiculously expensive one, yet still bloody expensive, is called Stadium.

And another f**king thing: why isn't the black shirt available in women's cut 😡 ?

100% this. The cynic in me thinks it stinks of a sly attempt at rebranding the club by stealth. I don't trust these owners at all.

I don't think there is any doubt that is exactly what they are doing. Branding is everything in LA.

The black one's good, the white one's OK, the blue one's horrible, again. The droopy white neck bit, and the silly, unnecessary patterns ruin it for me. They always over-do it for the home shirts.

New kit looks nice. 👌

Also like the green on that training outfit.

Hot take: I also like that CFC LDN logo. I work at a brand agency and I understand why they did that. Is very usable element in every material they publish. And will grow into people as well. Don't be so grumpy. 😃

They look all right, but I can't bring myself to give this ownership any money really. I bought the shirt a few years ago when we had no sponsor (little did I know that would be a theme) cos it looked nice without it. But that's it from me for some time.
