Match day thread for the Premier League match at Stamford Bridge.

I'll post this now, before the usual happens.

For this game I would like to see Lavia start again. Not with Caicedo at RB, but with Reece there.

433, with Lavia anchoring for Caicedo and Enzo.

They'll win the league later today and hopefully disconnect for the rest of the week. Still, they will play without any pressure against us, so it is probably going to be a wild match, end to end stuff.

Liverpool will be playing with freedom vs Sanchez and our inverting fullback leaving Diaz and Salah free.

This one will be ugly.

Strangely, the bookies have us as favourites to win this. They must be assuming that Liverpool will be in party mode and not fully prepared for this and we will be more focused. I am happy to face Liverpool on the back of them winning the title. I wanted them to secure the title today because, yes I can see why they will naturally be switched of a little next weekend.

Maybe they will be so drunk after the weekend of partying, and let us off the hook 😁 In all seriousness, Slott won't allow it, and this one could be anything. We will need both Levia and Caicedo to block the middle, can't let Cucu stays so high up the field like he did against Lesser teams.

Kind of clinging to the hopes that the majority of their tea won't be available as they will all be at home filling out insurance claim forms after their houses are burgled by their loyal fans whilst they are at the city hall celebrating.

In al seriousness this could go either way. We could bore them into submission and nick a 1-0 or we could just as easily get a proper pumping. If they score in the first 20 mins it'll be time for the vaseline i fear.

For those going to the game on Sunday there will be engineering work on the District Line and no trains stopping at Fulham Broadway. Ah well, a walk from Earl's Court.

Yeah precisely how I feel. Even if he manages to get the team fired up and raring to go, he’ll end up sucking the life out of the team by wrong team selection or formation!

At least it’s Liverpool so we will have space to exploit. God Maresca drains me so much.

Just praying Maresca gets it right for once. This game means way more to us, so if we can't even get a result when it matters like this, there is no hope.

By that I would guess he means some players who have played a lot will be given a game or two off, but key players like Salah, Diaz and VVD won't be.

Probably means players like Konate, Robertson. Likely means Kelleher gets a few games in goal too.

Either way they will kill us by using the space left behind by the inverting full backs. Could not pick two better current wide players than Salah and diaz to exploit that.
