He will come good, he doesn't have the added pressure of performing every game with Garnacho coming in. This is a talent that needs to be bedded in, but he has the toolset to become great.

My comment.

I didn't say that YOU said he will become great. .

I actually just reposted your full . comment

Please read carefully in future. . I shouldn't have to waste my time correcting your comments .

Point where I said he will for sure become great? Read before you moan.

You keep making these comments as if they are facts. . .

It's ridiculous to write him off after a few games, it's equally ridiculous to confidently write the complete opposite.

Explain yourself here, exactly what you have posted. I know what I exactly posted, do you?

Put my original quote then. Dont cut up a small part to fit the agenda.

I quoted the Rising Sun who was, in turn, quoting you. Above is your original quote.

Oh mighty, one, my sincere apologies!! Here is the full quote, with the relevant part now in bold so it is made clear.

Just to clarify, not everything is an attack on you, nor agenda driven. I found it amusing that you write "He will come good", but then a few hours later "I did not say he WILL become great", which sort of feels like a contradiction to me, as the essence of both sentences are the same.

And anyway, I hope you're right - I really want Gittens to show us what he can do. I think there's a lot of talent there.

A good and a great is a big difference. He has the toolset to become great. He will come good for Chelsea however reaching his full potential is a big difference. Read my comment again.

So you don't believe he has the potential to become great. Just say that instead of playing chicken and ranting at nothing on my comment.

😂 He's disagreeing with his own comment !!

My comment of “he will come good for us” is not the same comment youre painting out that I said he will become great. He has the TOOLS and POTENTIAL to become great. Not sure if that went through because its clear as day.

If you just want to continue argument then….

I dont think Gittens will see much football with us this season, as we have better options, hes young enough so may have to wait till next season. He seems expensive at 60 mill but might not in Summer 2026. He is probably too expensive to put out on loan and may have been disappointed if he knew this was likely. We are well stocked on winger/attacking midfielders/forwards options so he will need to make a difference whenever he gets a chance.

I didn't post anything about you saying he would become great. You've worked yourself up over something you yourself have invented .

😂 Amusing though

If you want to avoid discussion of Gittens becoming a great player , just say so mate. No need to go off piste.

Didn't want him or Garnacho. When you add Mudryk to this, we have spent £146m on right footed left wingers, and none of them are any better than the academy plauers we produce.

Hopefully Ryan Kavuma-McQueen comes good so we can pretend it hasnt been a massive failure.

Couldve gone for a Yildiz instead.

Poor start to his Chelsea career.

He’ll be sold for 100% profit. Then we can reinvest in some 21 year old from a German club that will bomb. But somehow we’ll then sell him for 20 million less whilst being told that it was genius business from our owners and that the 20 million loss is actually a massive profit.

I'm not writing him off yet, but f**king hell, it's scary how far out of his depth he is looking. How do you spend £60m on a player that looks so wildly out of place?

Fingers need to be pointed at the two clowns again too. Why the f**k are we spending £60m on Gittens when we were just going to sign Garnacho no matter what anyway? May as well have just kept Madueke and spend that £60m on a CB.
