United resting players vs West Ham to be ready for this game and the final.

Though I stick by what I said, we didn't beat Newcastle so I don't believe we will make top 5.

6 Pl sides will be in the CL, nearly a third of the league, imagine the 1.5billion team not being one of them...

This has draw written all over it.

Jackson is a waste of space but without him we have no balance up top. Who plays striker?

George or Neto. Not sure how fit Guiu is.

Fail to win this I think we’re 100% done.

These games are almost always score draws right?

Cannot put guiu in with him just getting back to training following that nasty injury. Has to be George comes in as Sancho is not allowed to play.

Kick-off has been moved to 8.15pm. Hopefully the players will do the lap of honour straight away after the game and not hang around to be joined by partners and kids and before post match chat with the manager and interviews with the broadcasters. Otherwise fans will be leaving the ground after 11pm. Saying that if the result and performance are poor fans may not hang around. Have to admit that I'm not a fan of Friday night. Daft time to have a match.

Not only are United likely to rest their best players for the Europa Final, but since 1st April they are also absolutely BOTTOM of the Premier League with two points from 7 games, one point fewer than Southampton.

There are zero excuses not to win this one. Perfect time to play them (just like playing Liverpool right after they had clinched the title was).

What caused the kick off to be moved 15 minutes later?

Also what do they have cause to take a lap of honour for? Participation ?

Honestly the whole take a lap of honour regardless of how the season went always seemed daft to me.

Ipswich had not won a home game in the league till they played us. Have not won one since either.

Game has been moved as the match between Villa and Spurs has been moved to Friday night to give Spurs more time to prepare for the Europa League Final. That game will kick-off at 7.30 and will be broadcast. An example of how badly football is run and organised and the broadcasters trying to get as many viewers as possible. The games should kick-off at the same time.

Good point about the lap of honour. Not much to celebrate. It makes sense if the team has won a trophy - such as the women's team on Saturday - or if a player or players is leaving and wants to say farewell e.g. Silva. Beats me that the players are joined by their partners and/or children. They haven't done anything for the team. I doubt if I'll hang around for the lap of honour. Will say goodbye to those who sit near me in the MHU and say see you next season to experience more joy or suffering.

IF we fail to win this game against United then TODD better do what Marinakis did yesterday and storm onto the pitch and hand him his p45, there are no excuses, United couldn't give a toss about this game and will play a reserve side containing no one of note

Sanchez

James Chalobah Colwill Cucurella

Lavia Caicedo Enzo

Palmer Neto Sancho

It’s the most miserable Utd side of recent memory which pretty much confirms they’ll beat us about 2-0

I can easily see us drawing or losing this. They'll probably field a team largely of youth and fringe players and will show a determination not often seen in United. Some 17 year old kid hailed the next Best/Giggs will score a brace, then never to be seen again.

I think Mason would be the biggest concern, high on confidence and looking to settle a score from being humiliated last season coming on! Probably more handbags with him and Enzo F!

I say the fans welcome him back, sing his songs and see how that affects his game!

I was mad with him initially, now I’ve learnt how this club runs! Conor last summer and I think the same is happening now with Reece!

Our record against them in recent times is poor. Bar the 4-3 classic last season and the late Cole Palmer show, we tend to show them far too much respect and struggle to a draw.

Well a draw is no good this time around. We mustn't show them respect but just dispense with them as the sh*t team they are this season. We MUST win and also look to boost the goal difference. At least Jackson won't be there to stink the place out.

3-0 Chelsea. Come on You Blues...............!

A win in this would put us on 66 points. If Villa and Nott lose points in their games we are pretty close to qualifying.

Villa face Tottenham and MU, Nottingham West Ham and Chelsea.

Hopefully one of the relegation fodders can at least draw Villa. West Ham away for Notts is not easy.
