What frightens me is that the Prem is pretty average - us 4th? - and yet the Prems 16th and 17th sides contested the UEFA cup final.

It’s a sorry state that the rest of Europe is in. But I guess the Prem is largely responsible for that by buying anything on the continent with pulse.
