Forest qualify for the same competition that we qualified for last season

This is so massive for the club; money, sponsorship and potential signings are all boosted by getting champions league, I'm ecstatic!

Yes, we've got back into the competition that we were in when the owners bought us..

Palmer looks disappointed barely broke a smile I think he is more down about his own season than he cares about the team

I'm glad he feels that way; that self-reflection and criticism are often what sets players like him apart from the ordinary. Hopefully, he can reflect on his mistakes in the second part of the season and improve.

Don't like the way Palmer is standing away from the others. Hope I'm just reading things wrong, but it's an unnerving body language.

I think he knows qualifying for Champions League... While it is an achievement, it's not worthy of celebrating the way the other players are. A little embarrassing if you ask me, I'd expect it for winning the Conference League, a domestic cup, or reaching a Champions League final. But not for finishing fourth.

If Chris Wood hadn’t done his best Nicholas Jackson impression today this thread would be very different.

Majority of that squad has never played CL football before, it’s a huge thing for players so understandable they celebrated.

Even if we'd drawn we'd still have finished 4th, I don't think Forest were the better team

Absolutely nothing embarrassing about celebrating. Most of our squad have never played in the CL before.

Massive win, and to get champions league football i think was vital to the club's financial health.

Tight game, but credit to maresca for managing the result well after the goal, Tosin and Colwill immense.

Hopefully we make the right additions in the summer now.

The knockout games weren't, if we hadn't played starters at Legia I doubt we'd have dropped points to Ipswich at home for example

If we can't handle relegation bound Ipswich after a Conference League game, we're f**ked next year after CL games then .

TBF last match I saw him he was missing sitters, it happens to some players like Jackson too.

He really is a Sarri clone, except this time we don't have Hazard bailing us out (Palmer isn't half as good)

I wish.

Sarri won the EL, and what he did with Napoli was quite remarkable.

At his best, Maresca is better at in-game substitutions, but he became more stubborn as the season progressed.

Still, this season's a clear improvement over the last, so I'm not complaining too much. But it looked like being much better than it turned out to be six months ago.

Most mature performance of the season! Hopefully the team continues to grow and build on this next season

Good shout!

Well done Chelsea!

I’m absolutely shattered after watching it.😀
