May 25, 20251 yr Forest qualify for the same competition that we qualified for last seasonJust now, timetowaste said:This is so massive for the club; money, sponsorship and potential signings are all boosted by getting champions league, I'm ecstatic!Yes, we've got back into the competition that we were in when the owners bought us..

Hopefully, he can reflect on his mistakes in the second part of the season and improve.

Hope I'm just reading things wrong, but it's an unnerving body language.I think he knows qualifying for Champions League... While it is an achievement, it's not worthy of celebrating the way the other players are. A little embarrassing if you ask me, I'd expect it for winning the Conference League, a domestic cup, or reaching a Champions League final. But not for finishing fourth.
May 25, 20251 yr If Chris Wood hadn’t done his best Nicholas Jackson impression today this thread would be very different.

May 25, 20251 yr Might as well go and win the farmers cup now so we are the only team to win the lot in Europe. Will be an interesting summer in the transfer window

May 25, 20251 yr Massive win, and to get champions league football i think was vital to the club's financial health.Tight game, but credit to maresca for managing the result well after the goal, Tosin and Colwill immense.Hopefully we make the right additions in the summer now.

Still, this season's a clear improvement over the last, so I'm not complaining too much. But it looked like being much better than it turned out to be six months ago.
May 25, 20251 yr Credit where it's due, we lacked up front today but by and large defended really good including Sanchez.Take that Neville and Carjacker saying we lack the character to win at Forest!Only us fans can say that about our team. 😉

May 25, 20251 yr Author How we played did not matter, the chances Forest miss do not matter. All that mattered was we did what we needed to do, kept it in our hands and won the game. No criticism. Big credit to Maresca and the team, job done and well done!
