25% possession

285 passes in 2 hours compared to 887 for PSG

1 shot on target in 2 hours

Yet some media are calling Arsenal brave??

The English champions playing like a League One team.

Let’s see if any of the UK media call out the pitiful performance for what it was.

Those are damning statistics, embarrassing tbh. If you play like that you need to be absolutely certain you dont concede. And if you do, you need a plan B immediately.

I really don't like the cynical way Arsenal approach the game and I'm very happy they lost but if Chelsea could only defend the way they do, that'd be great

We have been really good defending in the past but we had also an attacking mentality. We were not Stoke on Thames like those north London wannabes. Even more, as bad as we are now, we still showed them how to beat PSG when we won the CWC, and they still couldn’t do it. They rely on sh*thousery at set pieces, we haven’t relied on that as far as I can remember.

Absolutely

It’s not for everyone to lift that trophy and the Spurs of Europe have bottled it again. It’s fitting that they’re not that happy. f**k them. Hopefully their sh*thousery won’t be allowed in the PL and CL next season and they’ll struggle to beat teams. They’ll need to learn how to play football.

Arteta plays on too many “fine margins” and the low risk approach cost them. Just didn’t do enough and it was there for them to win it. Even we managed to score 2 against PSG and we’re terrible.

f**king brilliant seeing Madueka sh*t out of taking a penalty and that gormless prick Havertz miss out on a Champions league medal after the sh*t they have said lately, hopefully the 2 w**kers win absolutely nothing for the rest of their career.

Especially lovely seeing Madueka getting hammered for not having the balls to take a pen after the sh*t he pulled wanting to take one for us.

Any early predictions for the title next year?

Could be an interesting one given the managerial changes. Hard to look past Arsenal as they are the most consistent but I don’t particularly rate them as a great team. The league was very poor this year and they scraped it.

City - will have Maresca. Enough said.

Villa - Could be a surprise package but not sure they will have the legs.

Liverpool - Iraola. Unknown.

Us - as above.

United - Carrick will be sacked by Christmas. I’m convinced they’ve made a mistake

Spurs - could have a decent season. They have looked better under RDZ.
