Didn't that Mainoo fella break into the first team about 15 minutes ago? And already in limbo?

Couldn't happen to a nicer club 😄

Amorin says he's too small and underpowered for midfield, not quick enough to play 10. Preferring Casemiro who is old and slow and Mount who isn't an out and out midfielder.

I'm not sure about small and underpowered but yes Mainoo in midfield seems to get knackered in about 50 mins. I think he's better in the 10 to be honest.

Casemiro can't run out of sight on a dark night. Take your pick.

Remember when all the talk on here was that we needed to buy the game changing Onana. An incredible GK that was like a quarterback. Can't believe Im saying this but we got the better end of the deal by missing out and ending up with Sanchez.

There was 1 or 2 posters desperately telling us just how good Onana was, I`m sure one rated him as highly as Cech, the f**king idiot.

I know they’re ’too big to go down’ but Utd would so benefit a la Villa & Newcastle by being relegated and getting the chance to start afresh.

That squad is absolutely horrific and the entire management structure is broken.

There’s no quick fix and as long as they’re a PL side there’ll always be that expectation.

Their ego won't allow it. See them this season, they had to make at least on block buster signing. £70m+ on Sesko is insane. United will not allow themselves to start over, they have to go big every time because they refuse to accept a few years outside of Europe. But because of this thinking, they end up outside of Europe anyway. The whole "the United way" and "but we're Manchester United" stuff is killing them.

Those glory years of the 90's, 2000's and early 2010's will only take them so far. Carry on like this, and they are going to lose a whole generation of new football fans to other clubs.

As bad as the squad looks, they're not actually relegation-level players. Their owners have done relatively well behind the scenes. It's really up to the football honestly. Their middle level management is the problem.

He is slow; his endurance will get better the more games he plays, but not sure his speed can be improved on drastically.

Just happy we have PSR concerns because you just know we would have bought him.

United are in an awful position.

Realistically they need a new RB, new LB, another CB, a holding mid and a couple of wingers to get close to being a top team again.

They should have accepted the 150M B.Fernandez bid and used it for a rebuild.

I honestly can't see them finishing any better than they did last season.

It is hard because Amorim want to play in specific system.

I would be surprised if Amorim went before December as he needs time following his first pre-season with the squad.

League cup disasters are great for the media yet tell us little if he was experimenting.

The real test is on Prem results and next up we have Fulham who held them to a draw.

Mourinho been sacked in Turkey, they do say 3rd times a charm.

I lost all trust in him after he alienated both KdB and Salah to play Willian and Oscar.

Spurs apparently haven't had a single attempt on goal in that first half vs 10 shots for Bournemouth. Lovely stadium though !

Bournemouth have dominated them. This game should already be over.
