Liam Rosenior - Chelsea Head Coach *Now Sacked*

Dont hate the 343 formation, but no doubt there will be pressure to play with traditional wingers since Gittens and Garnacho dont really fit too well in that 343.

I guess we all knew deep down he would be Maresca’s replacement one day.

Not my first choice but I will give him a chance. No point writing him off already, I mean he can’t do much worse than Maresca with the line ups.

I’m so glad we’re not going to see bullsh*t like Gusto in the hole anymore. The noise of playing with wing backs gives me optimism, as we definitely do not have the quality to be playing 2 centre backs.

I can't believe no journo ever asked him why on earth he thought Gusto at #10 was a good idea LOL, albeit coaxing a goal out of Malo probably looks superb on his CV LOL

"L’Equipe understands that BlueCo are expected to pay Strasbourg a transfer fee to relieve Rosenior of his duties before making him join the Premier League side."

How would that work given Blueco also owns Strasbourg? I imagine UEFA will be waiting with a big fine over some conflict of interests.

Classed as 2 separate entities within a group, assets always need to be purchased with a group, for tax purposes as much as anything.

I'm gonna be honest, I really don't want to give the ownership any reason to think that the way they are running the club is correct. sh*t managerial appointments, sh*t transfer policy, pathetic overreach regarding playing style and a total disdain for the club's fans.

I don't particularly want us to fail, I'm sure I'll watch the Man City game supporting us like I always do, but if we plummet down the table and go out of every competition then so be it, these pricks need a wake up call and any slight success is just going to give them ammunition to say that we're on the right track. God I'm so fuming still 😂

Gittens may very well turn into a wing back considering how sh*t he is going forward.

Im telling myself that this guy is gonna hit the ground running and absolutely destroy every other team with some sexy, get to your w*anking chariot, style of football. Either that or its gonna be an absolute 5hit show and we will be looking for another manager in the summer. If we believe then we can achieve 😂😂😂

I'd f**king laugh my bo**ocks off if he turned us down and decided to stay at Strasbourg !! 😂😂

Id be fcuking delighted hes not the right calibre its a daft appointment, by Easter Blue co. will have realised that they have goofed again. We are becoming the laughing stock of the premier league.

Lol, thing is though this has been decided for a long time. He has had offers to manage in the PL and turned them down, there's a reason.

Totally agree. This was always Clearlake's plan for the next manager. It was just a case of when and not if. Presumably the guy they are installing as next manager at Strasbourg will be prepared as the successor to Rosenior.

Im not sure i see that as a bad thing, succession planning is a good idea, much better than scrambling around for whoevers available at the time surely?

Not sure if this time it works as the time scales are shorter due to Marsca being utter sh*te.

Yeah I mean that's one thing they're getting right at least. We're not going to end up with players the next manager can't/wont use. Plus, every subsequent hire is going to be amazed with the level of talent they're now working with. Liam might think Garnacho is a future Balon D'or winner
