As I sit here watching this, lamenting our so far mediocre at best performance the following has struck me.

As a mid 50’s slightly rounder than I’d like engineer, looking forward to this all day my opinions are far less important than the managers clearly.

That said and done, I’m sure we all know how these games can pan out. Lower league magic of the cup Hollywood story in the making.

You can’t give them an inch, don’t give them a sniff, don’t give the ref any chance to influence things. Batter the c**ts early and then make your changes.

So we take control of the game early on, dominating every area mercilessly, score two or three and leave them demoralised at half time, make a few subs early in the second half, job done and home ....

To be fair Garnacho is better out wide with space to work with and if Neto could actually cross having someone like Hato in the box would be great.

That was genuinely appalling. Our lack of care of the ball and the standards of passing are embarrassingly poor.

I'm not sure what more Neto has to do to tell Rosenior he fking hates him. His body language, attitude and ability have been abysmal from the moment Rosenior walked through the door. Also Delap is such a poor footballer he wouldn't be first choice for Wrexham.

The line up is poor enough but the bench illustrates that this is definitely a Clearlake selection. No money in this competition is there. Just heritage and glory. What would this lot know about those values. If Rosenior wins this match it be despite the club not because of it.

Rosenior set the stall for this horrendous performance. Disrespected the opposition and the Cup with team selection of square pegs in round holes. Very lucky to be level at this stage. We need to seriously up our game second half.

Agreed. Can never understand why we do that. Get it over and done early then rest your best players

Watching the first half highlights most of our passing has been diabolical. We'll win 3-1 of course but they gotta get their act together
