What red pundits pundits don't think Chelsea are the best, no way! But do they have some points in between the bollox? 

Of course the truth is that these guys have as much insight into what is happening inside Chelsea as we do. Seems to me that what matters is Roman' s ambitions for the club and he's relying on others to put together a team that will deliver that ambition.

If Roman is content with a PL title every 2 years, that's what we will build for. If he thinks the CL is beyond grasp given the resources of Real, Bar a and PSG then maybe we'll not try to build a side capable of that.

Bye bye - never lived up to expectations in my opinion. 

As much as I didn't like Matic's sell, he has obvious flaws in his game most teams have and will exploit in games to come.

Surely we are getting close to a signing by now, I mean it's only a couple of weeks till the Windows shuts

I'm convinced Mourinho would swap Martial for willian, no brainer for me.

He would. Willian confirmed utd tried to sign him in the summer last year and again this year.

Should keep an eye on Pulisic at Dortmund attacking midfielder or winger. He's only young had a good last season, and would appear to have what it takes to make it.

Also could be a very good commercial buy given he could allow us to get a bigger pathway into the growing american market

Good point, he is beginning to be an icon amongst the USA football fans. Chelsea do have a huge following in the States already

You know I've been keeping my distance until we sign some more players, been two/three weeks since I made that decision... Are we actually planning on signing anyone else? Just checking.

Mark my words this time next season he'll be 'worth' 100m for both of those reasons. Any team that signs him will instantly add a few million American fans to their list. I know they won't see that much from shirt sales but having lived in Korea for 4 years and witnessing the Park Ji Sung effect there, 7 out of 10 football shirts I saw were United, it would be well worth it even if he doesn't become a top player. He's the future of the sport in America and he's actually very good

I like him a lot as a player. Seen him a few times for Dortmund and USA national team. He is very level headed (not a young "I've made it") player. Good skill, has an eye for a goal, tackles/tracks back, good attitude/commitment and as I mentioned he definitely looks like he will make it. I don't think Dortmund will sell him yet though.

I think after the WC he'll be primed for a move to England and Dortmund will have a large fee ready for them if they want

Some chatter about Thomas Meunier agitating for a move because he doesn't want to be second choice to Dani Alves.
One of the best left backs around IMO.

Anything under 50 million for him is a no brainer if PSg can be convinced to seel.

Dani Alves is a RB.

Yeah sorry meant to type Right back - it's quite late over here.

Kurzawa plays on the left for PSG I think but anyway, Meunier is top quality.
