No question it's Nando. But if he hadn't scored a hattrick and been otherwise awesome, I would have easily gone for Bosingwa, who had an astoundigly assured and composed game as a CB. If we use him sparingly in that role and he puts in performances like today, he can stay at Chelsea for a long time. I have been a fierce critic, but I can't honestly think of a mistake he made today.

Good perfomances by many today, has to be Torres though , he took all his goals well and showed a desire that has been missing in his game. Goals breed confidence and he is showing lots of that. Good performances from Lamps, Essien and all of the backline.

Very hard to judge a team performance when you play someone as sh*te as QPHa were.

Has to be Torres for MOTM for the finishes alone though. Great stuff and it's such a bonus to see him playing like that at the crucial part of our season. Like I said on Tues , if that Barca goal doesn't give him back his mojo, nothing will. Anyone else think his 3rd today was a carbon copy of his 1st goal for Liverpool against us ?

Also a special word for Jose 'Braveheart' Bosingwa.

Torres for me , but Jose gets a mention , as does Sala for that pass for the 1st Torres goal. Paolo had a great game as well , Mata , Lamps , ah feckit all of them deserve a mention!

Has to Malouda. Comes on and scores a great goal and would have had another near the end if Torres has passed to him instead of shooting himself as usual. Why won't Torres pass to Flo?
