Can't you just give a reply without coming across so rude? Word of advice. Everyone I see is putting across well said views but you comments are a bit out of hand. The amount of times you revert to an insult is not necessary.

I use pejoratives because they strongly help enforce my disapproval and make my point and stance firm.

I guess it's fine then...

Damien Duff contributed more to Chelsea than Eden Hazard. That is a fact. Also the Premier League was the best and strongest league in the world from 2004-09.

It's not a fact, it's your opinion. It wasn't the strongest at all, the current league is much more competitive.

The Premier League wasn't the strongest from 2004-09? 3 PL teams made the CL Semi Finals from 2007-09.

Yes it is more competitive because the top sides are not as strong.

Can we all just settle down and agree that we're glad he plays for us and we don't have to come up against him twice a season.

IMO the only 'world class' player the Premier League has.

Most naturally talented and entertaining to watch yes but put bias aside. There are several others in this league.

David Luiz is quality but wouldn't make it into a World XI. Sorry.

Haha there was supposed to be a picture of Kanté embedded in my post but it didn't work for whatever reason! (Nor did the other three pictures I tried)

More competitive but the quality has gone down.

They are but just that the 'inferior' clubs have got a lot more spending money and becoming a lot stronger which is making the league much more competitive. That is why I don't care how much Gooners are proud about us not eclipsing their winning run because in this current league our consecutive win record which is a match to theirs is much more impressive.

No way are the top teams as strong now as to around 10 years ago.

The way I judge it to be world class you've got the be the Top 2 or 3 in your position in the world.

Who else in the Prem can say that?

Ibrahimovic is incredible but no longer at that level.

Pogba is all image no substance.

Cech has been overtaken by younger more talented keepers.

As mentioned above Kantè is probably the only other player you could make a valid argument for being world class for.

The PL was definitely stronger 10 years ago but the gap between the bottom and top is way more competitive today

The teams outside the top six are massively overrated, we have won every single game against them bar one and even then we dominated.

My favroites myth is there's no easy games in the PL, yes there is I've just watched one on BT sport.

Debatable imo. You can argue that because everyone else is getting stronger it just means the league is stronger. Had smaller teams had the budgets they have now, 10 years ago or so, there would not be such a huge divide.

IMO I can't see how a league is stronger when the champions finish 10th the following season with Leicester winning  the league and now fighting relegation. I also think the top teams have done a similar thing to last year and self imploded again this year. It's no disrespect to Chelsea who have been superb and Leicester last year but it seems it takes a team with good balance, formation, manager etc than a team with high quality to win the league. Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal, Utd and City have all dropped stupid points this season which was the same as last season. For me that's due to lack of quality than a sudden high in quality from the lower half of the table.

The league may be stronger in terns of competitiveness but in terms of quality all over the league it's certainly dipped.

2005- 2009 it was basically, The big 4 in the prem and the Spanish two and the last legs of the great Milan team and there wasn't much in it at the time..

Our domestic league is now much deeper in terms of strength, and it shows that we realistically have 6 teams for 4 spots CL wise and teams like Everton and Southampton are also alot stronger, but i think this combined with the emergence of PSG and recent rejuvination of bayarn have made it a bit harder to condence all the top tallent in the top 4 teams.

As for Hazard being the only truly world class player in the prem?

Aguero? Sanchez? Coutinio? Kane(Name 5 strikers right now you would have ahead of him) to name a few

I just can`t believe so delusional is here.

Hazard is highly overrated in this forum, highly.

Good player, but the only world class in the league, come on, such a bias .... I give up here ...

I really don't care how 'effective' Hazard is. For me, it is a privilege to watch a player with his dribbling ability at Chelsea. We have never had a player who can constantly have us at the edge of our seats and that, more than anything else, is his greatest service to us. I hope he is with us for years. He gives us so much more than goals, assists and titles.

He's also had plenty of big moments in big games.
