July 6, 201313 yr No, bad dipper, no. He's just bitter because they couldn't get Mkhitaryan, the player Liverpool seen as their top transfer targer :laugh2:
July 6, 201313 yr Signed, sealed, delivered... I's dotted, T's crossed... {insert applicable cliché} What's up with his eye ? it's bluer than the other one
July 7, 201313 yr OK, no problem. How about we make up over a crepe and a bong? Your place or mine? I'm guessing mine
July 7, 201313 yr My intention was quite the opposite, I assure you. In that case, join us for crepes and bongs
July 7, 201313 yr It leaves them on the bench as part of a good squad with plenty of competition and depth. Not sure if Ivan is up for that. Cahill is used to it and Ess knows his career is one injury away from ending but Branna is a top player and bench is not his scene. Won everything at Chelsea so he might look elsewhere.
July 7, 201313 yr I'm optimistic about this signing. Regardless of what happens, the club are definitely going in the right direction in terms of types of signings.
July 7, 201313 yr Think this is a great signing on our part. Think it may be best for him if he did what KDB did and goes on loan for next season elsewhere, espically with the WC coming up he will need to be a first team regular to break into the dutch squad.
July 7, 201313 yr Hasn't Van Bommel already quit the national team? He's a great CM or at least was. He was also more or less a dirty c**t. I've still no idea how we ended the last world cup with only one yellow the whole tournament, and that for kicking a ball away.
July 7, 201313 yr He was also more or less a dirty c**t. I've still no idea how we ended the last world cup with only one yellow the whole tournament, and that for kicking a ball away. finished his career with a red card, almost broke a guys a ankle. he was a piece of sht throughout his whole career
July 7, 201313 yr Not sure if Ivan is up for that. Cahill is used to it and Ess knows his career is one injury away from ending but Branna is a top player and bench is not his scene. Won everything at Chelsea so he might look elsewhere. Dont think he would,he will still get plenty of games.
July 7, 201313 yr Dutch football expert raves about MVG, comparing him to young Dennis Bergkamp. http://www.talksport.co.uk/radio/transfer-talk-show/130706/van-der-kraan-new-chelsea-signing-reminiscent-young-bergkamp-201121
July 7, 201313 yr If he comes even close to Bergkamps level we have a gem in our hands. Always loved Bergkamp although he was a gunner. Brilliant player with brilliant football-brain.
July 7, 201313 yr Bergkamps goal against Newcastle is probably my favorite individual premier league goal. Such a skillfull player.
July 7, 201313 yr How can a player be the next Bergkamp, the next Ballack, the next Lampard and the next Gerrard? I suppose if he turns out to be like any of them we've done well.
July 7, 201313 yr I would like us to have the next Makalele but would certainly not object to the next Bergkamp. However Bergkamp was never a midefielder in my mind. Certainly a great footballer no matter who he played for even if less of a success in Italy.
July 8, 201313 yr No, Bergkamp was obviously not a midfielder but Van Ginkel's style closely compares to Lampard or Ballack, though which heights he will reach remains to be seen.
July 8, 201313 yr finished his career with a red card, almost broke a guys a ankle. he was a piece of sht throughout his whole career He was that yes but he was a very big factor Netherlands made the final against Spain a few years back. So a c**t or not he knew how to play football. But I don't see any resemblance between these two just thought there might be a void in the dutch national team that this lad can fill.
July 8, 201313 yr I dont think we have been told just yet. I think there are a couple of players looking for a number this season.
