Well I think Conte would have worked well with him. What you have to remember is people probably were saying the same thing about Moses before this season...

Cuadrado seems to think the majority of the game needs to be spent on all fours. Worst Chelsea player ever.
November 27, 20169 yr He should have the player of the month award in the bag, Pedro is probably the only other contender for that award, I can't think of anyone else in the league who deserves it more then those two
November 28, 20169 yr What a turn-around!!! Absolutely delighted with the way his career is panning out. Just love him. Hopefully this puts to rest the uses of the loan system. Keep it up BIG VIC!!!
November 28, 20169 yr Arriving late in open space in front of open goal always make easy chance to score.Super Frank always gave that option to us for long long time.Moses and alonso give that option to our attack now.Great to see moses integral part of team.He worked really hard to get that status.Kudos to him.F*** off barca.Stay away from him. December 1, 20169 yr Remarkable turnaround! The unlikely success story of the season. Almost feels like a new signing in some way.
December 1, 20169 yr Fully deserved anyone knows his contract situation when is it due as i can see Barcelona who so badly need a world class full/wingback coming in again in the summer

December 1, 20169 yr Very surprised he wasn't nominated for PL Player of the Month, I think he would have won it if he was.
December 2, 20169 yr (possibily) a slight dig toward Jose in that interview. i think there were already a few other players that also threw a dig at him. you know maybe they did ousted Jose lmao Edited December 2, 20169 yr by magichat
December 2, 20169 yr Yep clear digs at Jose same as several other players have done interesting all these players saying something similar. I guess Jose lost something the second time around....

December 5, 20169 yr It's a shame he wasn't playing this role for the entire calendar year, it's probably cost him a Balon d'Or. Oh well, next year I suppose.
December 6, 20169 yr I'm happy for him and he really made the RWB position his own - however, looking back at the last two games, I still think he has room for improvement on his awareness. During the Spurs game, in the first half, he seemed to be pinned down and really did not know when to go up and when to stay back to help out. During the City game, I think he got exposed defensively on few occasions, where Luiz and Azpi had to cover for him. He will probably only get better as the season progresses as he is new to the role. One thing that would need to be addressed soon (same for Alsono on the other) who is his replacement. He will be leaving for the ACON soon and right now, apart from an inexperienced Aina, we don't have anyone to really take over that position. I know that Conte has used Ivanovic as a sub in the last few games, but his complete lack of pace and ability to cross the ball showed that he could not really deployed in that position. The possible short term solution would be to bring Zouma into the side and give Azpi a few games as a RWB.

December 7, 20169 yr On 02/12/2016 at 08:38, RIP Mourinho said: The bloke was never the same after Madrid, that job seemed to break him. I agree. The galaticos broke him indeed. I think that was when he began to mistrust players, where before he put all his trust in them and would always back them and take their side which ultimately players seemed to reciprocate. I blame Casillas and Ramos. He felt really let down and I remember saying to myself during that saga and his reaction that he wouldn't continue to stick his neck out for payers as he did any longer. It's a shame though as that was what was one of his key strengths. And a key weakness of his,is his arrogance. With the loss of afore mentioned key strength the arrogance then begins to grate on his players causing him to "lose" them. Dont get me wrong, I love the man, very much so (well maybe not so much now, especially as he is manager of those guys from just outside manchester whose level of entitlement is on an astonomical plane) but everyday I love him less. Respect though for his achievements. Especially with us. He may have been manager of Benfica, Uniao de Leiria, Porto, Inter, Real Madrid, Manchester United but I think the club he probably is most synonymous with is Chelsea and I hope it remains that way.
