Diego Costa to Chelsea

I think you're right and I do seem to remember seeing footage of him mucking about on a motorised golf cart type thingy now I think of it.  I guess his looks just have formed a stereotype in my head of mean and moody! (and scary!)

I can see him being a joker. He doesn't even have to say much. I just crack up every time I look at the pic in my avatar.

There's a great Mourinho one out there but I can't find it, just sending that to dippers always winds them up, especially after the game at their place last season. I got so much abuse :)

Not sure this is the one you're talking about, but I'm going to start using it..

There has been a few articles about this video recently, this video has existed since 2013, but some pathetic journos are only just talking about it, apparently this shows Costa's evil side. He trips a young kid in training, according to a couple of journos it may not have been a prank...because I guess he was trying to kill this young boy. What they fail to mention is, the boy is Simeone's son and Costa probably joked around with him regularly. They must have stumbled across this old clip and realised that more petty little neutrals will sit back, watch it and call Costa the most evil man on earth, whilst they conveniantly forget all the controversial players that played for them over the years.

Costa's ban could be a blessing in disguise for us that lad has been playing non stop football for us since November? Deserved some rest imo but not in the form of ban tho haha. He'll be even more hungrier when he'll come back.

So is with Cesc this duo deservedly needed some rest.

He'll be back for PSG away and hopefully, he can bag a few goals.

Hard to believe the guy hasn't scored in the CL for us yet, but I think he only played 2 matches in the group stages.

Even when he's not playing he demonstrates so much passion for the club! I love it!

I noticed that too, he looked as delighted as anyone when we got the winner. With the level cheering, hugging and back-patting he engaged in he might have been mistaken for a fan (other than the suave jacket).

Wonderful to see from someone (especially such a top player) who is still in his debut season at Chelsea. Plus he had a grin on his face as huge as my own at the time, and we have already established on the forum that this is a man who does not smile often.

I think he will be wanting his first CL goal for us now, it's probably driven him mad sat out for 2 and a half weeks.

Should put money on him getting a goal against Paris.

A lot of good stuff about Diego over the past couple of days.  Got to say, I blemmin' love this guy!  He has this bad boy reputation however he seems like a genuine guy, if a little rough round the edges.  Nothing wrong with that!  And I might be on my own here but there is something very attractive about him...!

He's rugged and the ladies like that....maybe!

Anyway he didn't even feature in the EPL's ugliest 11 so he's doing something right!

Yes, definitely!

I think we have a good looking team, much better than some of the munters playing for Man U and Liverpool!
