To be fair I'd do the same if I supported United.

When your team plays that sh*tty you take all the distraction you can get.

It's not like you guys are playing much better.......

My Liverpool mate thought Pool should have won, I told him he was wrong. End of the day some of De Gea's saves wee great and you can't say you should score when the keeper makes a wonderful save. Some chances were of course missed smssively by Liverool but United were clinical therefore they deserved to win.

Personally think De Gea is in pole for player of the season, followed by Aguero, Followed by Matic... won't be seen that way but if your rating it on what these players are doing for their clubs, De gea is prettymuch soaly respobsible for their league position

Pundits going a bit overboard on Sky in regards to De Gea, it was a great performance but I would hardly call it one of the best goalkeeping performances ever.

Courtois was putting in better performances at Atletico on a regular basis.

Why isn't Rodgers:

1. Settling on a starting eleven and playing them regularly so that they get used to one another?

2. Adopting and playing a standard formation, for the same reasons as above?

You what? 8 points better, still in four competitions and it would be 10 points better if it wasn't for a 94th minute equaliser.

Not to mention how fortunate you've been in your last few games.

You must joking. We have been playing in 3 competitions and you are playing in 1. We didn't get beat 4-0 by MK Dons either. Your keeper and some awful finishing is saving you right now, you have been outplayed in this recent run many times and it's been down to luck that you have won the last 6.

I've wondered that myself but all I can come up with is that he's a c**t.

Consider the fact that they've been really unlucky with injuries and finished 7th last season. Van Gaal has been doing a decent job and I'll give him credit, that's 6 wins on the trot.

Sorry but you don't win 6 games in a row against the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Southampton through luck alone.

The team we put out against MK-Dons wasn't even our C team let alone our B team. It was riddled with youngsters and players who have otherwise been sold or loaned out.

In the last ten games both Chelsea and United have won 7, drawn 2 and lost 1. In those same games United have scored 19 and conceded 7 while Chelsea have scored 16 and conceded 5.

I just put £982 on a Swansea win.

I guess I'll be thanking you later

He did say pennies not pounds. :laugh2:

So Kane dive, no yellow, barely mentioned by commentators, BBC comments he lost his footing. Standard.

We are the enemies of football, never forget that. The standard for us is very different to everyone else. As is the standard for everyone else to Liverpool.

Stats, while telling some of the story, don't give the full picture...chelsea have not been at their best in some of the last 10 games but quality of our play to yours still doesn't compare...eg we lost to Newcastle playing a hell of a lot better than your win over Southampton

they should be decent after spending a quarter of a billion on players.
