I don't care who wins it so long as it's not Liverpool.

Rodgers is nauseating enough without having a trophy under his belt.

Pretty much sums up... Everything.

Much as I'd hate to see them win anything, the FA cup is still better than the PL.  I lay awake at night worrying about that this time last year.  I won't with the FA cup.  But still ABL

£22m man Jovetic left out if City's Champions League squad in favour of £26m man Wilfred Bony.

Just seen this... where did it go wrong for him?

The Premiership really should do so much better in European compeititon than it acually does. Would any other business with revenue over twice the size of its nearest competitor expect to be inferior?

I don't agree with homegrown protectionism or FFP but most clubs really need to be smarter.

well as all Chelsea fans should know, as it's rammed down our throat every time we go a rare season without a trophy, money doesn't buy success (until the next time we do silverware, when said opinion does dramatic u-turn and money has bought success after all etc)...anyway what that chart fails to convey is the spending of top clubs in other euro leagues...so while Bundesliga and La liga don't compete as a whole, Bayern, Madrid and Barcelona do as we've seen with the massive deals they pull off every year....so it's not that simple to say PL should do better in europe cos league spends the most

Southampton's next 9 fixtures after Villa.

How many points do we reckon they'll get out of those 27? Predictions?

I'm going with 13.

I could only count 11 then I noticed they play Arsenal twice, so 13 it is.

I predict Southampton will get between 12-16 points from that run

I'm going with 17 points.

12 points

Assuming all their players remain fit, between 18 and 21 points,

Based on form and my gut feeling here's what I think:

Man City (H) - Draw

Arsenal (A) - Loss

Man Utd (H) - Win

Burnley (A) - Win

Everton (H) - Win

Crystal Palace (A) - Win

Chelsea (H) - Loss

Arsenal (H) - Draw

Man Utd (A) - Draw

Total Points: 15/27

Going with 17 too.

13 points. I'm pretty good eh?

Yeah, also you Scott.

My concern if Liverpool win will be the TV clips being shown for the remainder of my life, for any excuse. I'd have to avoid FA Cup coverage and just watch the 90 mins of each game and nowt else, for life.

Just seen this... where did it go wrong for him?

Poor injury record I think.

He joined City off the back of a pretty serious injury and I reckon they don't feel he can be replied on to stay fit which is why they left him out.

He is extremely thick and probably one of the worst out there common sense wise. I have no idea what a shisha pipe is but I assume it contains bad things...? I actually think he's an extremely average player albeit ravaged with injuries (I still say there's something wrong JM Arsenal's medical department) but gets the press and the plaudits simply because he's English and plays for Arsenal.

12-16, I was in the right bracket :)

Its just a strain of tobacco.

BUT Wenger did say anyone else who was caught smoking (after Szczesny in the shower), would be sent to the reserves for the rest of the season.

Lets see him honour that...

Mirror journo and overt Arsenal fanboy John Cross commented on TalkSh!te this morning that 'Jack is a very bright lad'. I assume he had sarcasm mode on.

I cannot wait until Gerrard f**ks off to the MLS.

The amount of coverage he gets is a disgrace. 3 articles on Sky Sports all about "Stevie G".

I swear it's to keep the Liverpool fans on side because they have nothing else to write about them.

I know I just checked the Sky Sports website and the amount of articles about Gerrard today is annoying. I guess in someways it shows they know other than the fact it's a derby the games doesn't have much going for it. Liverpool are in form and Everton are struggling so they can't bill it as a team of two titans battling for the Champions League spots.

Really? Must... Find... Quote...

Haha... A shsiha pipe doesn't contain 'bad' things! :) It is just a hookah with flavoured liquid and very limited or no tobacco. It is quite a rage among college kids and the like. It is a poor substitute for a real hookah and cigarettes. It is quite harsh on the lungs though.

Have you seen those flavoured electronic cigarettes? This is exactly the same.
