April 7, 201511 yr Nothing is as easy as it is on paper now. Burnley and Hull away will be tough to get 6 points from, both fighting relegation and playing alright. Man United and us will be tough of course.
April 7, 201511 yr If they do us at the Emirates they are going to have fantasic confidence going into the final few games, whilst we continue to stumble toward the finishing line. Can you imagine the amount of sh*t Jose would get if he threw this away and Arsenal won it, bearing in mind his "specialist in failure" comments. Doesn't bear thinking about.
April 7, 201511 yr I think (as someone not wanting the Gooners to prosper) that Arsenal's run in is worryingly benign: Burnley - A Chelsea - H Hull - A Swansea - H Man Utd - A Sunderland - H WBA - H As City showed last night, nothing is certain but I'd be ok with that run in if I was Wenger. Two home games as the last games of the league too. I'm predicting an upset by Swansea.
April 7, 201511 yr If they threw money at Pucheon, it's typical Man City, always throwing money at their problems.
April 7, 201511 yr If they threw money at Pucheon, it's typical Man City, always throwing money at their problems. Er, we can't really talk in that regard....

April 7, 201511 yr It can happen. I don't see it but anything can happen. We need two unfortunate games and Arsenal wins all their games. Boom, one point gap. Our game isn't perfect or even close to what it was early season. It can come down to smallest of things. Form of the opponent, red card, penalty..anything.

April 7, 201511 yr Tim Sherwood - what a plonker AKA Jeremy Kyle, never see the two at the same time. Edited April 7, 201511 yr by Droogba
April 7, 201511 yr Is the Villa/QPR game not televised?nope, 2-1 villa so far. I'm watching it and it's wide open.
April 7, 201511 yr 2-2; I can't decide who to back as I bear neither team any ill will. I'm leaning towards QPR...or Villa...
April 7, 201511 yr I thought Austin should have seen red for that tackle a while back, now it looks like he's got the winner 3-2 QPR
April 7, 201511 yr Blimey. 3-3 and a hat trick for Benteke. I can't call this game - tons at stake for both teams.
April 7, 201511 yr This has been a hell of a week for premier League football. Holy sh*t. Edited April 7, 201511 yr by SeanWB
April 7, 201511 yr What's everyone's thoughts on Benitez possibly going to City? I think West Ham is a better fit for him. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/rafael-benitez-west-ham-manager-5473331
April 7, 201511 yr What's everyone's thoughts on Benitez possibly going to City? Thanks for the good news
April 7, 201511 yr What's everyone's thoughts on Benitez possibly going to City? Don't see it happening, they will most likely stick with Pellegrini and rightfully so. It's only one season without the title.
April 7, 201511 yr http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/rafael-benitez-west-ham-manager-5473331 "...the Spaniard has also been linked with Manchester City and is renowned as a brilliant tactician." Edited April 7, 201511 yr by Maksimov
April 7, 201511 yr What's everyone's thoughts on Benitez possibly going to City? Not the worst move they could make but stinks of a short-term fix. They need a long-term strategy to completely rebuild that ageing squad and develop some form of identity. They basically need a Mourinho or Pep and they need to give them time. Don't see it happening, they will most likely stick with Pellegrini and rightfully so. It's only one season without the title. It's more than that though. There are deeper issues at that club.
