Petr Cech to Arsenal

Featured Replies

Well today's his meeting with the club and we know he's gonna ask to leave. Just remains to be seen if we say he can join Arsenal.

On sky sports it says we will ask for a home grown player in return

Oxlade-Chamberlain would be my choice. Fits everything Jose wants from an attacking player, he's homegrown, he's still very young but has a good amount of experience. With Walcott back, they're got him Sanchez, Ozil, Welbeck, Ramsay and Wilshere who can all play in that area so maybe he's the odd one out.

Chambers or Wilshere would be great too but even more unlikely than Ox. Walcott is a possibility but if it's up to me, I push for Ox.

I just worry about Oxlade-Chamberlain's fitness problems.

I wouldn't take Wilshere if he was free, average player, a crock and to boot a c**t.

Wouldn't worry about it, we have a better medical team and it wouldn't be the first time a player left Arsenal and remained injury free.

You might not like him but absolutely nothing about Wilshere is average.

If Wilshere weren't English he'd be deemed another average player which he is.

Quite agree. He's been incredibly hampered by injuries but on his day he's a very good player. Another player I'd love to see under Jose because he would fit our system well in both the pivot and even as a number 10 but it's unlikely.

Average though :laugh2:

Love how you laugh at me without actually acknowledging me. Me know it all as usual no one else's opinion can be correct but you're own and you wonder why people call you the things they have done.

Can ask for whoever we like but it sounds like arsenal won't play ball. Last minute deadline day deal coming lol.

Then we should tell them to f**k off lol

If it is gonna happen I hope we make them wait, imagine if we lost of pens to them in the Shield with Cech saving out pens. Shield or not would be awful

All the more reason not to sell them Cech then. They can hardly expect us to do them a favour and let Cech move there if they won't part with one of their better players in exchange. Maybe that's what we're hoping for.

That would be typical Chelsea lol.

Not looking good....

Chelsea goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon

'His family like England. And a player is happy when his family is happy,' Lollichon said on French radio station RMC.

'He want to stay in England, but I don't know where are the discussions. The Premier League is his primary objective. But it will also depends on the conditions

'The advantage is that Arsenal is a top club, with a philosophy that pleases him and that is at London. It is a base for consideration. Tottenham? I do not think they have the same ambitions as Arsenal. Petr wants to break a record of the clean sheets in the Premier League.

'At 33, he still has at least three or four excellent seasons at the high level. Much is said about him at PSG, but the problem is that when you have evolved in England, Ligue 1 seems light compared to what Petr has experienced.'

Just let the guy stay in London if he wants to stay in London.

No matter which way you look at it Arsenal are an irrelevance to us. I'd actually say giving him to PSG would be a far greater risk to our future success.
