Tricky teams but have to agree, we have no excuse not to win that group, nor do United. 

Utd got an easy group too. we should only struggle with porto, but kiev and tel-aviv are teams we should be beating comfortably. 

Chelsea, United and Arsenal will go through in my opinion.

It's not the easiest of groups as Wolfsburg are a good team. Still could be much harder (as it is for City). Looking forward to having some challenge though in the group stages.

If city can't finish above sevilla they can't justify the money they spend, shouldn't be too difficult, we wouldfinish top of that group, assuming we don't play like last year, juve are depleted.

My thoughts:

 

Chelsea should win this group fairly comfortably, despite the travelling involved.

 

Porto are a decent side, but they've lost some of their best players in Martinez, Danilo, Alex Sandro and (controversy aside) Quaresma. Casillas is a big name but he has declined, Osvaldo is inconsistent and a walking firecracker waiting to go off, Cissokho is a lame duck and both Alberto Bueno and Maxi Pereira impress me as being merely solid players who can do a job but won't really lift a side. All of Imbula, Aboubakar and Brahimi are big talents but aren't really the finished article, while Herrera has been off-form.

 

Dynamo Kiev's best player is clearly Yarmolenko. Lens was one of their better players but he's been sold to Sunderland. Dragovic, Belhanda and Veloso are notable names but none are of the top flight. Their hopes of progression rest on Yarmolenko's retention.

 

Maccabi Tel-Aviv has Eran Zahavi, who flopped at Palermo and...well that's it really. Dead certs for 4th.

Chlesea fan from Israel here. Really happy to finally get a chance to see my team here and I really hope i can get my hands on tickets on the chelsea side of the pitch.

Macabi might be the best team in Israel, but is miles away from the level of chelsea and should be an east match for us, but they can get a good game and be a tough opponent like they did to Basel fc.
