This is the match to decide Jose's future, if he sticks with the same setup and fail to win, he will be gone this time tomorrow. Baba is nothing special, but playing our best central defender at right back, and best right back on the left was just madness.

On the press conference. Jose was very firm on "I'm going to be here for a long time " was that a message to any dissenters in the dressing room that this time Abramovich will back him come what may.

So gameday then. Feeling optomistic. I'm going for 2-1 win for Chelsea. Oscar and Willian to score.

It's always easier picking the temp on this board than in real life.

I think we have to put some energy and attack in the team. The hoof the ball upfield is just unbearable a tactic unless there is no choice.

We are down the table because of our defence but it's our poverty in attack that depresses me.

We have to have some width, imagination, pace and drive, so I'm for playing Kennedy, rlc and baba.

So put in a teenager whos never started a competitive match for us in whats basically a must win game instead of one of the best young LBs in the world?

 

Yes I rate Aina as a better and more promising youngster than Baba, what is so bad about that ? thankfully they don't play in the same position atm.

I think we need a big performance and a win.

If we win unconvincingly i'd be happy enough, but I think we need to play well to keep Romans finger off the trigger.

Hazard has to step up at some point, he's just too good not to. So I'm gonna be brave and go 3 nil chelsea, hazard with a brace, and jt to pop up with a goal after his rousing press conference.

We can't get Jose down, come on let's wake up and show a good performance! Feeling good for this one, I really hope Jose gave more morale, more motivation to the players. We can't continue our poor form, let's not disappoint our name at home. Come on boys, let's play good football.

Tesco are doing a 70 of JD for 13 quid! Definitely my tipple this eve. 

I'm nervous about tonight which shows how far we have fallen.

Not nervous at all as my expectations are understandably low at the moment.Would like to see the good players that we have show some of their undoubted talents.No idea what the result will be,have you?Anyway UP THE CHELS!

Please start Kenedy. The boy is absolute quality. The fact he has been one of our best players this season on such limited game time too.

Would be fun to see one of the kids get a chance. RLC ended his "run of games" after 45 minutes but one could always hope he manages to get a few minutes tonight

Start my new job tonight and very frustrated to miss this one. As Jose said it's a must not lose game but we seriously need a win if we're going to pick up a shred of confidence ahead of the Bearpit on Saturday night

my worry is that nobody fears us anymore. they would of watched the liverpool game and will be just itching to get at us. will take a big performance to win there tonight.

I'm going to prepare a jug of Long Black soon. The match starts at 4 am at my side, gosh.

 

Anyway, I'm feeling nervous, but cautiously optimistic about this game.
