Vardy is 28 now and would cost a fortune. Mahrez though, I'd absolutely love at Chelsea. His work rate is outstanding and his end product is terrific. Still only 24.

to be fair Leicester look like a team at the top end of the table - we look like a team in 17th place

I think this is whats most concerning. We arent unlucky, we arent hard done by and we havent been labered with injuries. We are just genuinly poor

Bring in performance related pay for the players.

Leicester have virtually the same squad as last season are a role reversal of us. Clearly management and tactics are a main factor. Get a more positive manager in and we could replicate them next season.
