Dunno about anyone else but these two signings have me excited. Low risk deals but potentially could be extremely shrewd signings. I am excited and these are not even "big" signings. Have a good feeling people.

At least it freshens up things, that may give everybody a kick up the backside.

God I hope we're doing the right thing, Ramires and Remy may not have been in top form, but at least they are available to play at this moment in time. So far we have brought in two players with virtually no chance of playing in the immediate future, just as we head into a very critical part of the season.

Interestingly he's on £30k pw which by Premier League standards is pretty average. He could have doubled that with the offer he had from China, so I feel like he is here for all the right reasons. At 26 if his body can take the strain he could be an interesting loan...

As others have said he looks very happy! Turning down big money in China to come to Chelsea for a lower wage in an attempt to get back to the level he was previously at Milan is a positive sign too. Hopefully he can stay injury free and get his fitness back and he can become a starter in our side.

I agree with the contribution of our midfield last season but why single out Costa. He doesn't have a history of being prolific in front of goal, we knew that when we signed him.

He shouldn't be our main striker maybe I was a bit harsh the way I put it I mean he should probably e at another club he's too good or a second choice for us but I just don't think he's good enough all round.

This is one of the reason's why i thought the signing was pointless. He probably won't be ready until late Match / early April and even then we won't know if he will offer us anything.

Probably not fit enough to start games but I don't see why he won't be able to come off the bench for the last twenty minutes or so.

Better a striker lacking match fitness than injured ones.

he's doing double sessions so if he continues them and keeps intensity relatively high i don't see why he couldn't play in our next fixture. by then remy will probably be fit though.

The easiest way to get an injured player is to play one that is unfit. Don't expect to see him before the end of Feb at the earliest.
