In no particular order.

Chelsea, City, Arsenal and Manchester United.

Can't see Leicester repeating their success next season and I don't think Klopp will be able to build the squad he needs just yet.

Spurs can f**k off.

1. Man City

2. Man Utd

3. Arsenal

4. Spurs

This is what I think as well at this point before the transfer window. Southampton could be a dark horse. With the incoming sugar daddy, I can see Everton doing well.

I can't see Leicester repeating their success because they have almost zero rotation, so their starting players will be worn from the European travel. Then again they probably will sign a few stars over the summer.

A ton depends on signings and on new managerial appointments.

Too early to guess as a lot will depend on summer transfer news, but...

Man Utd

Man City

Chelsea

Arsenal (Wenger keeps getting a top 4 finish)

I will revisit this in August :-)

In another thread I picked LFC as top four contenders but that was before their dreadful second half against Seville.

Yes I decided to get this up before the transfers kick in, sort of a blind poll. I'm sure you took that into account when voting. That's why I am not expecting us to get top four next season, no confidence in our transfers atm.

Also surprised you have us as top four and not your lot, surely you are being a little too diplomatic ?

I think we may have gotten third place this season partly on the back of other teams under-performing. CFC ought to have been top four, and arguably Utd. I think next season may be more typical and we are still losing games we ought to win - defence is an area of occasional weakness. I considered putting us in the top 4 but could not justify excluding any of the teams I listed.

I think we will be 5th or 6th with Liverpool. I may change my mind when the transfer window closed.

Yeah, we won't really know anything until the top sides' main transfers are completed and we've got an idea of how the teams gel in pre-season and how well the new managers settle in. This is going to be an incredibly important summer; almost all the best sides have some glaring flaws in their squad which need addressing if they will perform to the standards that a Guardiola, Mourinho, or Conte will demand. We also have a few 'wild cards' who will be looking to take a seat at the top table (Leicester, Tottenham, Liverpool).

My blind guess at this point would be:

1) Man City

2) Man Utd

3) Arsenal

4) Us or Tottenham

I don't see utd and city having their own way. The league should, in theory, be competitive though. This is where english premier league has a disadvantage compared to the rest of europe. In germany, spain and italy the teams at the top tend to stay within top 2/3 whereas in england the tide is changing and I am not sure if for the better. The so called " big teams" are no longer as dominant and we're seeing a rise in the giant killers and smaller clubs moving higher up the table.
